3. Again I don't see why this is relevant like the first point, anyone can do it

4. Sasuke solo'd more people than Madara so as a blind ninja he would solo more than blind Madara, it's only logical

5. Another feat with no proof Sasuke can't do, it involved controlling someone with chakra rods which ay Rinnegan user can do

1-activate Susano without having sharingans...

2-capturing and sealing the 9 tailed beast in Gedo Mazo in teh shortest period of time..

3-implanting new sharingan in his eyes socket ....whereas sasuke don't even know how to implant sharingans into his eyes sockets so he had to ask Tobidara to implant them for him....

4-soloing strong ninjas while being blind : Blind Madara could soloe hashirama,naruto sai and even EMS Sasuke ....whereas blind sasuke was fodder stiuck in Tobidara's Cave and unable to fight..

5-Revive himself with Rinnetensei : Madara was able to force obito revive him with Rinnetensei....whereas sasuke was revived thx to hagoromo..

Sasuke performed a Hagoromo level feat by using his Perfect Susano'o as a medium for all of the Bijuu's chakra and created the Juubi instantaneously which was not the case with Madara.

Okay and how is this relevant?

Madara didn't solo anyone when he was blind. He was forced to absorb Hashirama's Sage Mode and obtain his Rinnegan in order to do so. The only reason Blind Madara defeated Hashirama was because Edo Madara had already restrained him with his chakra rods prior to his resurrection.

Thanks to Black Zetsu, so that wasn't an independent task reflective of Madara's capabilities by any means.

I think Sasuke can possibly use susanoo without ms it's just that the only time he used susanoo was with ms or rinnegan activated. Like I said though it's more than plausible and I wouldn't be surprised if he could.
