I agree. Here's how I think it would go down

Kabuto VS Sai: At the tenchi bridge, Sai is slightly outclassed the whole fight. End in 10 mins with Kabuto winning
Sasuke VS Neji: Sasuke outspeeds Neji and lions barrages him.
Konkani VS Sakura: Pain Invasion, Sakura quickly lose but isn't injured.
Sasuke VS Kimimaru: Being fought by sound five Sasuke beats Kimimaru until he enters CM2 and he is outmatched, given the pills and taken
Orochimaru VS Kakashi: Kakashi suppressing Sasuke's CM is unable to fight Orochimaru and protect Sasuke. Orochimaru catches him slipping and deftly knocks him unconscious and takes Sasuke
