5 Elemental Chakra Nature Transformations - Combine?

This is something that's been playing on my mind for a while now.

What would happen if a character, say, edo Madara for example, was to use all five chakra nature elements at once and combine them into one attack? Would it just be pure power? Or would a completely new element be created, just when two elements combine:

e.g. The Storm (嵐, Arashi) nature, used by Darui and stolen by Hiruko, is created by simultaneously combining the Lightning and Water natures. This nature allows for the use of Storm Release (嵐遁, Ranton) ninjutsu.

Well, we've seen Oonoki and Muu use Dust release which is a bloodline expansion created by the combination of Katon, Fuuton and Doton, if I'm not mistaken.

If there was such a possibility, I'm betting my money on it creating something like a black hole. :|

But, although I know you're theoretically speaking, I'd still like to point out that the ability to combine two elements are Kekkei Genkai's, meaning Bloodline Limits.
Combining three elements is Kekkei Tota, a bloodline expansion.

It's not certain about Kekkei Tota, but Kekkei Genkai is a genetic trait. The ability to combine elements can't be learned.

As far as we know, Madara's only KG's are his doujutsu and Mokuton because of Hashirama's DNA. So he doesn't have the ability to combine elements even though he can use them all separetly now, due to his Rinnegan. :shrug:

But then theoretically, combining the DNA of those who possess the kekkei genkai's and bringing them all together into one body, could allow for one to combine the chakra natures. But I'm just speculating now so there is no way of knowing...

also edo tensei madara only acquired the rinnegan before he died which means he has not learnt all 5 elements all though he can possibly use them now he still has only got what he had prior to the awakening because between the point of getting rinnegan and dieing he did not have time to master all 5 elements.which means the only person who can use all 5 elements is nagato and im sure if it was worth it he would have done it instead of using pains abilities.

also in addition combining elements is different to being able to use them for example kakashi can use water and earth but cannot use wood so i doubt madara was born with a genetic ability or whatever a kekkei totta is to be able to combine all 5.
