They sent me an email, same with u probs, then u enter the code u got in the email on Naruto storm 3 website, then u get a certain code to enter on your Xbox or ps3, hope that helps

I believe it is pre order only for now I preordered thru gamestop and the way I got the 5 costume DLC pack was they gave me a code on the reciept for neon alley website and u redeem the code on that website then neon alley gives u a code to redeem it thru Xbox live or PSN

It should have. The guy at GS said the code in the case should work. If not I know there is a website supposedly offering it. But I am just going to wait till it comes out on the PS store if the code doesn't work.

Did anyone notice that a lot of the characters were unlicked already if you had a generations saved game file on your system. I started off with almost all of akatsuki, all part 1 characters, all variations of Sasuke and Naruto (excluding BM Naruto), and a whole bunch more. (including all the current Kages)

You have to have an online subscription to shonenjump America. Or neon ally. I think. Both prices aren't worth an alternate costume for 5 characters
