May i first say kakashi vs nagato is tricky after careful consideration although nagato is favourite i can see kakashi taking him out in a few situations. No i dont believe preta path can absorb kamui and with kakashi being able to kamui even bm naruto, nagato whether healthy or not has piss poor speed/reflex ability

Edo madara, tobi and kabuto with edo (excluding madara and nagato) are guaranteed win.
Hashirama and current naruto are favourites in my book

Dsm kabuto and ems madara would cause him great trouble and should take him to high difficulty

Itachi: Itachi cannot defeat Nagato, I hope I don't need to explain this

Naruto: This depends, if Naruto starts of with a Rasengan (like he tried with Nagato last time) then he won't win. If Naruto is smart enough, then he will win, maybe.

SO6P can defeat everyone, he doesn't count as a 'ninja' who can defeat people, because he beat everyone

Tobi- can't hit what you can't touch
BM Naruto-to fast an to strong
Itachi(maybe)- extremely intelligent and has legendary weapons he'll have to out smart him to win though
Onoki- very versatile array of jutsu and dust style probably wont be absorbed since nagato will be in side it

I'm just saying. You said Orochimaru took away Kabuto's powers. But that doesn't matter because at one point during the Naruto story line, Kabuto was the closest thing to the Sage with Edo Tensei.

I wouldn't say his speed is Piss poor.

He has two Speed feats (i cba to find the manga pages).

1st:
In his fight against hanzo, He barely noticed the Tags befor they exploded, yet he still escaped them without dying and had already untied konan and was back down to where yahiko had died.

2nd:
In his fight with Bee/Naruto/Itachi, He blew bee away and somehow got behind him.

Kakashi can not take him out, Nagato will blow him apart with ST if he tries to use Kamui and there is nothing Kakashi can do to defend against it, Danzo with KA can have a chance but i doubt he will get time to use it, Sasuke gets decimated, same goes for raikage.

Kakashi still needs to focus on his target to warp them.

With summons like cerberus/rhino/invisible chameleon and so on it's going to be tough for him to have the time to focus on nagato.

Also nagato can most likely sense kamui, like he was able to sense amaterasu.

Kabuto no longer has an edo army they r all gOne an sealed so he loses..

Kakashi has no chance in hell nagato can sense when a move is coming an will react every time so he loses.

Itachi will lose as well don't have the stamina.

Naruto will also lose cuz he will absorb everything. Complete nagato is no joke.

Tobi with out ten tails he will lose or draw.

Minato loses simPle..

The rest may win.
