1-teh Death of Itachi Uchiha : itachi saw clearly through Tobidara's illusion.he warned us in chapter 385 that thinking tobi isn't Madara might someday turn into a mere illusion , cuz the reall mastermind tobi was always Madara he says : "one's truth is another's illusion.." sadly itachi died not revealing us the full truth of tobidara..


2-the death of Kisame : it's impossible that kisame dies being fooled by a talknojustsued fooled Obito..kisame must have died protecting the ultimate secret identity of tobi (i mean tobi being Uchiha Madara)....you must always consider that kisame seeing the reall face of tobi is a mystery ... hundreds of thread shoud've discussed this mysterious mystery ..


3-the death of spiral Zetsu : just read the 4th data book spiral zetsu page his true name is tobi...the goofy tobi was spiral zetsu controlling obito...spiral zetsu knew about tobidara controlling obito but sadly he died not revealing us this info


4-the supposed death of Uchiha Madara(rikudo madara)...Rikudo Madara knows a lot and better then any other about tobidara's existence since they are the same person being split into 2 identities (thou it's not clear yet if rikudo Madara's is truely dead)..

5- teh death of Obito himself : obito should've proved to us that he was indeed the same badass masked tobi who controlled teh fox with just one ordinary sharingan...however he never did that in 4th ninja war...he didn't even remember about him controlling yagura and slaughtring the uchiha clan....wich means he was clearly fully controlled by tobidara who commited these evil incidents...

Zetsu can transform into anyone he wants, down to their chakra. He could have easily helped Obito fooling Kisame.
Also Kisame probably didnt even know how the real Madara exactly looked so it probably wasnt even needed to fool Kisame that way. Obito with long hair + mask + voice change, showing that he controls Yagura and saying that he is Madara, would have been enough to make Kisame think it is Madara.
Konan and Nagato with Rinnegan fell for it even.

Obito doesnt have to say literally ''I was the masked Tobi'' for it to be true.

No, you have 4 pieces of evidence,. To list them:

1: Obito's arm is weird.
2: Kisame called him Madara.
3: Itachi called him Madara.
4: Some other quotes that can be interpreted in multiple ways.


In contrast, there are plenty of other facts pointing to Obito.
1: "Madara" and Madara's signficantly different personalitys, particularly with regard to fighting.
2: Tobi putting Flowers on Rins grave before attacking Konoha
3: The fact that when Tobis mask was broken, it was Obito. In most cases, this would be enough.
4: The fact that Obito even exists as a character
5: The fact that the (kishi written) manga is over, and nobody can pull this kind of plot twist this late.
6: The entire flashback explaining why obito went evil
7: The fact that Obito was evil in the first place, as a puppet wouldnt need to be turned evil
8: Kabuto blackmailing Tobi with Edo Madara.
9: Tobi always removing his mask to only show one side of his face (Not in story evidence, but an artistic choice by kishi)
10: The fact that as ninjas can transform, fake voices and carry subterfuges, any evidence based on other characters beliefs regarding Tobi are irrelevant, thus rendering you down to 2.

The meetings we have talked about were before that.
Besides he wasnt even in Akatsuki yet the first time they met after Kisame had killed the previous Samehada user.
So Kisame knowing about Zetsu abilities at that those times in the past is incorrect. He was told about that after Tobi stopped goofing off and introduced him as the one calling the shots/taking the lead as seen.

-when obito threw flowers on rin's grave Tobidara wanted obito to let obito have some memories..so that obito will think he was the one who controlled kurama and fought minato...like i said tobidara didn't want obito to suspect he is being controlled...
