2) You don't see what's wrong with this issue? The guy had Sharingan... all over his body and still get hit. There is no such thing as being caught off guard when you have that many Sharingan active. Being on or off guard does not effect the Sharingans ability to see things coming beforehand. Even right here

Even considering that he was off guard is a mistake to begin with... he's facing the worlds 2 most powerful shinobi, one of which is more than capable of mass producing shadow clones faster than you can say 'ohshit' and the other who can use exceptional genjutsu. If he had the intelligence and firepower to challenge them then we know he has the intelligence to not let his guard down. It's an inconsistency is what it is.
