Let's change it to this. There are people all around us, and it's midday.

A scowl on my face, my tempers flaring, I walked out to the bustling streets, amidst the incessant blaring of car horns and the constant chattering from the crowd.
The hubbub was doing me no favours. Violent temptations were building up within me, and it thoroughly annoyed me that there was nobody strong around me. The fact that I was surrounded by whole lots of people also meant that i couldn't simply just pick a fight, because that would be just downright crazy. Of course, being me, I didn't entirely rule that out. I just didn't want to cause any utterly pointless ruckus, in spite of my foul mood.

Moments ago, I had walked out of Starbucks empty-handed. Needless to say, I did, when I entered, intend to purchase something - a drink, for example. But when I was told that a simple hot chocolate would cost me nearly 10 dollars(which, by the way, would be my entire wallet), I was simply shocked. I could only imagine that the look on my face must have been one of incredulity.
Preposturous! Pissed off as I was, I stormed out of the shop, and here I was, standing in the middle of the streets, glaring at all the plebeians that were worsening my mood. If only I could have a satisfying fight...that'd certainly quell my anger - or so I thought.

Within the crowd, a white-haired guy caught my eye. At first, I thought it was merely my idiosyncrasy that made me notice him. However, I was sure, one way or another, that this man was different - at least, from the other plebs all around him. He was definitely somebody unique, and though I was no chakra sensor, I could tell, from my battle experience, that this guy too, was a fighter.

You there, the white-haired guy.

As I called out to him to grab his attention, I performed the Snake hand seal.

Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

If you're the man I think you are, this should be no problem for you.
A solid lid of earth would soon materialize right above you, and begin its decent, casting a large shadow over you and your surroundings. Without a doubt, it would crush you, along with the many civilians and vehicles within short-range of you, if nothing was done.
Reckless and merciless though my act was, as it endangered the lives of many, I knew, somehow, that you would counter this, and in so doing, save the lives of those around you. And if you didn't, well, then that would only mean that you weren't a worthy opponent, and I would feel no regret for my actions.

As I finished, I walked out to the main road coolly. After all, I was a fan of theatrics.

I exit the complex, unaware of the world outside. It was filled with all sorts of people, dressed in completely different fashion, and what I imagine as "normal" beings. The buildings towering over the filthy streets of the metropolis were overwhelming. Everywhere I turned was a new set of buildings. Buildings after buildings, and random citizens scurrying around the area, with the occasional homeless men uncomfortably positioned on the streets. Needless to say, I felt like an outcast.

The disapproving slurs and facial expressions confirmed my suspicions that I was, indeed, an outsider. Perhaps it was a technique that brought me to such a foreign land - or maybe it is merely a dream - whatever the cause, I prioritized a way of escaping and avoiding unnecessary battles.

Walking through the lively streets, I easily take note of yet another person that stood out. With the attire he wore, there was no doubt in my mind that he must have been a part of my world. I approached him, while scanning the area to ensure that it was no trap. I was halted by his voice. His tone. His attitude. The bald guy had the manners of monkeys. No, even worse, apes. His barbaric attitude and lack of perceptive abilities was made clear when he very foolishly made a single hand seal. A lid of earth is summoned shortly after, and I remain calm. With a single thrust, I lunge a condensed ball of lightning upwards, aiming it at the center of the lid. It expands in a massive explosion of lightning, easily piercing through and reducing the lid into fragments small enough to cause little harm if one were to land on me.

And in an instant, the once-peaceful cityfolks ran in terror. They of course feared our display of supernatural prowess, which I guessed beforehand. Clenching my fist, I walked towards the bald man, allowing my heavy footsteps to emphasize the extent of my fury "You DUMBASS! Isn't it obvious that these people are unaware of our abilities? Tsch, children like you... What a disgrace to the Shinobi race... Though, you've got guts to even dare attack me. The question is, do you have what it takes to follow through?" My tone and anger escalated quickly, as I quickly discovered that it was a perfect opportunity to battle. Continuing on, I commented, "Heh, I doubt those people are to return, especially considering the abilities you so-stupidly displayed. I suppose we're free to rampage around this whole area. Just don't die too quickly, kid." I planted my feet on the ground and waited for the enemy's assault.

(Raiton: Sanda Appu) – Lightning Release: Thunder Up
Rank: A
Type: Offence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user concentrates a lot of lightning chakra into their hand, compressing it into a ball of lightning energy. The user can then hurl it at the enemy or trust it forward in a melee attack. Once the ball hits the target, it expands into a massive lightning explosion.

Keh...it seems I was right.
I watched as my opponent coolly dealt with my ostentatious assault; with every passing motion, with his every movement, excitement coursed through my veins. He disposed of my earthen lid with alacrity, and yet with an attitude so composed that it reminded me of experienced combatants. To say the very least, his mannerisms were in stark contrast to my rather tempestuous and capricious nature.
I salivated at the very thought of fighting this guy. This happenstance was certainly a blessing. The taste of blood, the joy of battling a strong opponent - all these were things that I loved to experience, but very rarely encountered. Having gone the past few months without a fight, I was undoubtedly starved of the one salvation in my life. Kinda like rice to Asians. Without battles, my life seemed to have come to a standstill.
And with my meeting of this guy, my life was kicked into motion. My countenance at that point, i imagine, must have been one of maniacal bloodthirst and ecstasy.

A disgrace? A child?

I cackled gleefully. Surely he didn't mean that? I watched as the momentary chaos and pandemonium I caused subsided gradually, as the hubbub slowly dissolved and the people ran helter-skelter, determined to avoid our seemingly phantasmic and potentially cataclysmic display of powers.

"There ain't a lot of people who've called me that and are still alive," I paused for dramatic effect. "Now that you've said it, I hope you're able to back it up, and entertain me, even if it's just for a short while." I spoke scornfully, my face full of contorted fury and disdain for my opponent. "I don't suppose you'd lose to a dumbass, eh?" His hubris thoroughly annoyed me to some extent. While he seemed fairly strong, I doubted that he could beat me. When I'm serious, at least.

Once the crowd was out of sight, i began my assault. Though I loved fighting more than anything, and did not mind being rude or unruly if it meant being able to taste the scent of battle, I wouldn't want to compromise the lives of many unnecessarily.
To begin, I performed a single hand seal, performing a simple technique. Everything around you within short-range soon began to be drawn inwards, as if pulled by an otherworldly force. Of course, the source of this effect would be the hole in the ground right behind you, which was sucking in everything around it, including you. If left undefended, it would soon pull you underground, where you'll be trapped and suffocated.

Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Mid/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

As the antlion-esque trap forms, I simply allow my hands to part, and point my right hand at you; with this simple hand gesture, a single blade of wind is released from my right fingertips. The near-invisible blade travels towards you, causing slight disturbances in the air as it does so, aiming to slice you horizontally at your chest-abdominal area, mutilating your body before it falls into the pit.

It is my belief that all warriors should know the name of the man who killed them. I'm Ikkaku Madarame, the man about to do so.

Rank: A-Rank
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

I waited calmly, with bated breath, as you beared the brunt of my attacks.

He spoke as if he were a God. Acting as if he was capable of defending himself, now that was foolish. Although his seemingly formidable appearance gave him an menacing demeanor, I knew that it was nothing but a facade. His overly-confident tone made it obvious that he was all talk - or so that's what I deduced. Uncertain of the truth, I replied, suspecting that he lacked self-control and emotional stability. "What? Kid? What's wrong with that? Are you not a kid? Even if you are, what, 20's, you have the mentality of a toddler."

What first started as an exchange of wits soon escalated to a heated conversation in an attempt to criticize the other. In a tone that could be mistook for as arrogance, I uttered,"Me? Losing to you. That's preposterous. I wouldn't be so careless as to let someone with your minimal skills defeat someone of my calibur. Oh well, I s'ppose kids nowadays are just like that. Pathetic, and overly confident. Such detrimental personality traits; I assure you, those will be the cause of your demise." Although it is not yet obvious, I was positive that his barbaric personality would manifest. Soon enough, his little ego would explode, unable absorb all the criticism, and in that moment, he would present the perfect opening. Until then, I continue to comment on my opponents' imperfections, with the clear intent of degrading him as a shinobi. "You insist on fighting, but to what cause? You have nothing to prove, unless you really are that shitty. Of course, even the mightiest warriors have insecurities..."

Immediately after the words fled my mouth, the earth behind me would collapse on itself, creating a makeshift pit. In quick response, I slam my hands on the ground and expel a current of lightning chakra through the ground. It easily neutralizes the earth chakra present in the ground and simultaneously halts the spiraling/inward motion that sucked my surroundings.

(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current
Rank: A
Type: Offense/Defence
Range: Short (Mid if channeled through a medium)
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A (+10 if used to boost weapon damage)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
As the ground returned to its normal composition, I was able to take note of the impending assault. Through my sense of hearing, and by visually seeing the slight irregularities of the atmosphere, I discovered the near-to-invisible blade of wind fast approaching. Utilizing my skills in Water Release, I effortlessly create a pillar of water underneath me. It abruptly pushes me up and to the side, pushing me away from the previously-made antilion as well as evade the blade of wind. Whilst moving mid-air, I activate my chakra sensing abilities.

"Ikkaku Madarame, eh? The sudden formality is intriguing. Perhaps you do take battles seriously... Heh, I doubt it."
( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.
(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: N/A
Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someones chakra. Using these technique sensors can tell when the enemy is approaching and can easily track down targets. (Techniques activation lasts 5 turns)
Note: Can only be used by bio with sensory ability

His rather haughty nature thoroughly angered me.
A kid? Mentality of a toddler? Pathetic and overly confident? I had only just met this guy, and yet, in this short period of time, I managed to develop such a vehement and fervant dislike for him; it was bizzare really, that this person could become anathema to me so quickly. He was arrogant, hubristic, and all in all, fucking annoying. My first impression of him was that of a likeable, somewhat erudite, maybe even laconic person. That image of him was of course, rather ephemeral in my mind. It soon devolved into pure hatred as he continued to disparage me.
My irascible and impetuous personality was urging me to attack him. With every passing moment, my desire to prove his comments fatuous grew.

Fights are something you can never comprehend, you boorish man. It is an art form meant to be appreciated and enjoyed between strong men. It'd be more fitting to call what you do 'brawling'.

I sneered at him, in a tone that did not even bother masking my emotions.

In combat, the winner is only determined when the other dies. That's how I've always fought. I've long since distanced myself from anything close to an insecurity.

Yes...that was right.
When in fights, one should never think about anything other than the fight itself, or it'd be considered disrespectful to your opponent. Minute things such as fear and any other possible hindrances - those thoughts should be readily discarded, for anyone who calls himself a warrior. Though I may not seem like it, I was a strong proponent of respecting your opponent, regardless of your opinion towards him.

I watched as you placed your hands on the ground, releasing a current of electricity to neutralize my earthen trap. As a result, I swiftly altered my original plan; instead of releasing the blade of wind, I raised my right thumb to my lips, pricking it, before smearing the blood over my summoning tattoo, wherever that may be.
Within moments, a total of five identical rays would come into existence around you, assuming a pentagonal formation. The rays would bring along with it a field of active electrocution, which directly interferes with your motor functions, thus making you feel slightly sluggish and uncoordinated. The real purpose of this, however, would be of course to have the electricity you discharged into the ground be sent back at you. The unfocused electrical currents you channeled into the ground would be channeled right back at you, leaving you paralysed, and causing you some pain and numbness throughout your body.

Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The user draws blood and then continues to slides the blood across their summoning tattoo so as to summon five identical rays around the opponent in a pentagonal formation. These Rays specialize in an immensely potent and powerful variation of Active Electrolocation, which produces a field that directly interferes with the opponents nerves. Shinobi two ranks below the user will find performing even hand seals to be an immensely difficult task, while those of equal or higher rank will suffer from a state of slowed movement, and sluggish bodily control. The field doesn’t affect the enemies reaction times, as they can still think and strategize as normal, and thus perform handseal-less jutsu with only a slight deficit in initiation speed. However it does affect motor skills and function, making movements, reflexes and the like slower and more difficult. On being summoned, these rays continually dart and whiz around the opponent, following them if need be. The rapid sometimes orbital movements of the rays causes for countless minute non-damaging sparks of electricity to materialize over the opponent's body, giving them a strong electrostatic charge which is oppositely charged to that of ordinary lightning. As a result, whilst the opponent is surrounded by the rays, raiton jutsu become incredibly difficult to dodge and Raiton jutsu used by the opponent often suffer from the habit of discharging back into the opponents body, shocking them, or perhaps doing worse depending on the nature and power of the technique. (Unfocused bursts would be heavily affected, while immensely focused, directed and projectile like lightning techniques would work almost as normal; Eg Spear of Darkness) Due their speed, these rays can be incredibly difficult to escape from. Alternatively, the user can simply summon the Rays so as to ‘sniff’ out and surround the opponent, making them exceptionally useful for finding hidden enemies due their abilities.

Note:
- These Rays disappear when either killed, or three turns pass.
- Each time a ray is killed the technique becomes weaker. Once at least three of these Rays are killed the technique ends.
- Can only be used twice per battle
- No Ray jutsu can be performed by the user for the rest of the turn.
- A ray can summon these Rays simply through the use of chakra and a high pitched call.
- Must have signed the Ray Contract

I may not look it, but I take battles very seriously.

As the rays were summoned, I proceeded to knead my chakra, before stomping my leg on the ground. Three large pillars of fire would then burst forth from the ground in malevolent fashion. The merrily dancing flames would erupt in a triangular fashion around you, with a pillar behind you, and the other two positioned accordingly.
The pillars would envelop your entire body, as well as prevent a possible aerial escape as you would have to bypass the pillars on your way out.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user will knead their fire chakra and release it into the ground by stomping down their leg and then causing three pillars of fire several meters tall spaced out evenly. The Pillars of fire can act as a defensive wall against incoming techniques or targets or used to attack low aerial targets.

At the sight of my pillars erupting, I inadvertantly broke out in a maniacal grin. Fights, after all, were enjoyable.

My confidence was reduced after witnessing the sudden appearance of five Ray summonings. Although they did not pose a threat, their very presence seemed to have caused a disturbance in my technique. The unfocused chakra, as it was expelled in an outward fashion, returned to the creator. In quick and almost instinctive response, I stomp my foot on the ground. Immediately after, a mass of wind 'legs' would come to existence and 'kick' everywhere. It effortlessly neutralizes the lightning energy, while continuing onwards to harm the Ray Summonings. "That idiotic way of thinking - that is what makes you so arrogant, and is precisely the reason I insist on calling you a kid." I commented, while maintaining a firm posture on the now-cratered area I stood upon. "Oh trust me, you do look like you take battle seriously. Perhaps even too seriously. Maybe it is what makes you such a fierce warrior."

Fuuton: Bāsākākikku | Wind Release: Berserker Kick
Type: Attack/Defense
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:
This jutsu was crafted from a wind specialist that wanted a quick acting attack that could serve as a defensive mechanism also so he wouldn't be left with many opening when he attacked. He came up with the idea of the "Berserker Kick". By channeling mass amounts of wind chakra into his lower body, the user would swiftly stomp on a surface as he released the wind chakra from his legs in conjunction with the stomp. The wind suddenly bursts out in a 360 degree manner, but the moment it is leaving the legs, the user applies great chakra control in the form of shape manipulation. The wind would instantly be molded into numerous legs identical to the user's but twice the size. The legs of wind rapidly kick in every direction besides upwards, looking like a bunch of white/translucent legs are bicycle kicking everything away from the user. The 360 degree range of the legs create a sort of "barricade" of legs surrounding the user, the barricade being up to the user's hip. This successfully creates a barricade of kicks that will rip through anything within 5m of the user while protecting him from anything that comes in range. The user can fuel chakra into the barricade to sustain the kicks, but can't perform jutsu whilst doing so. Due to the kicks even going below the user into the ground, attacks from below would be defended from also if reasonable. The attack itself leaves a 5m crater around the user because of the destruction it holds with the wind kicks.

• Only Teachable by Shady
• usable 3× with a turn cool down
• No wind Above S-rank in the same turn
The action of stomping a leg suggested that an attack was to arise, most likely from below. "Hm?", interested in what was to come, I concentrate on the environment. Soon enough, the heat emitted from the grain-like substance of the crater was present along with slight tremors of fire bursting underground, and as such, I assume that a fire technique was to come from below. Once again, through the usage of Water Release, I expel a massive volume of water from my mouth, taking the form of a dense torrent of water that rapidly envelopes my body, leaving very little openings. The flame pillars rise up, only to be extinguished just as quickly as they appeared. And as a result, a slight mist would linger in the bowl-shaped crater. It was very shallow, but nevertheless, its existence made me look super cool. Alas, I activate my chakra sensing abilities, and walk out of the angled walls of the crater.

"So, you plan on taking this fight seriously? I suppose I should too..."

I must say, it thoroughly annoyed me as my opponent dealt with my slew of attacks composedly.
In fact, it bordered on nonchalence, even. And no, it wasn't because he was able to deal with my attacks, and seemingly fight on par with me, but the fact that he didn't even seem to care about our battle. The fact that he exuded such little passion when fighting.
Yes, that was it. His apathy. It was that which got on my nerves. He seemed to think that battles were not meant to be taken seriously. While it may be a bit condescending for me to actually scorn at his opinions, I couldn't help but feel slightly insulted that he didn't enjoy battles the same way I did. That he didn't take it as seriously as I did.

Come on now, I respect your views about battle and all, but don't you dare liken my views to that of a kid's.

I narrowed my eyes towards you, glaring at you fiercely, my eyes portraying nothing but vitriol and virulence. There was simply no way anyone, and I mean, anyone, could misconstrue it as anything but clear malevolence. My voice quivering with rage, I spoke:

Mark my words, you motherfucker. I'm going to show the joy of battle, and make you take it seriously.

You dealt with the rays I summoned, and the lightning I redirected towards you with ease. You fought with a certain elegance and finesse, and I was reluctantly impressed by your showcase of skills, which was in stark contrast to my rather 'rough', for lack of a better word, way of fighting.
You were also able to handle my subsequent assault similarly, doing so efficiently and minimising any wastage of movement. The abundance of water you spilled out easily extinguished my fire pillars, creating a thin veil of steam around you. And yet, as I watched you do so, I smirked.

Yes, I smirked.
Choosing water as a defence against fire was something any normal human being would do. It was almost the natural course of action most people would choose in the spur of the moment. In fact, i myself, may have done the same thing, given how logical of a defense it would be.
However, in this case, it provided me with a precious opening. As soon as I spot you expelling a dense torrent of water to smother my fire-based attack, I proceeded to carry out my carefully contrived plan.

Within moments, the ground would start tremoring, seemingly with trepidation for my impending attack. Huge pillars of earth would then sprout out from the ground all around you, sending shockwaves throughout as it rose. Blunt though the pillars were, they possessed great strength, and the physical impact as the pillars pummeled your body is certainly a sensation few would want to experience.
Of course, the large scale nature of the technique also meant that the structures of the buildings closest to you would be compromised. After all, the narrow nature of the street couldn't possibly hope to contain the wrath of my technique. Debris would rain down all upon you with the emergence of the pillars, encapsulating you in what could definitely be described as a devastating two-pronged attack, from both the skies and the ground.
Needless to say, an aerial escape would most certainly be futile; the erratic nature of the pillars rising all around you as well as the falling parts of the building saw to that. Moreover, due to the water all around you, which remained as a testament to your solid defence against my fire, a lightning technique seemed impropable to pull off without being electrocuted.

Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This jutsu causes gigantic pillars of rock to forcefully emerge from the ground. This is a even greater scaled Earth Release: Rising Spikes and is large enough to impale a summoning technique.

The magnificence of this chaotic scene could barely be described with words.
It was enthralling to watch, certainly. And I, most certainly, wasn't done. Utilizing my mastery in water, I performed a single hand seal, manipulating the water source that remained. The water would then morph itself into a majestic creature, with a long serpentine body - a dragon.
As soon as the dragon emerges, it would proceed, with haste, to hunt you down, similar to predator and prey, wherever you were at the current time.

Here's a piece of advice. Get serious, or you'll die.

Rank: B-S-Rank
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20-40
Damage Points: 40-80
Description: After performing a long series of hand seals Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird the user then shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.
Note: Requires a water source to use.

O__O'' That wallie though. If I make a mistake... I'm sorry, It's just that I haven't really read your move recently, lol.

My eyes widened upon hearing the ostentatious words emitted. It was barbaric, yet at the same time, intriguing. It seemed that Ikkaku's life revolved around bloodshed, adventure, and thrill. He was surprisingly passionate, and that was what made him so dangerous.
The short amount of time we've spent battling was well worth it. I learned that he was easily provoked, and his words suggested the undeniable need to redeem himself, the thirst for acknowledgment. "Such vulgar language. Who says I don't take it seriously? Well, sir, you're completely wrong. In fact, this battle, I'ts one that I will never forget. It's been a while since I've been pinned against an opponent with such fiery, such passion and determination. I just hope that you put that to good use in future endeavors..."

Still within the circular pit created from my earlier technique, I awaited for the next sign of an offensive action. This wait was rather short; a few seconds later, a rumbling sound was audible and the ground shook. It was an obvious sign of an eminent attack to come forth, from underground once again, most likely. "A grounded attack yet again? We'll run out of earth if you keep this up." I teasingly declared, whilst performing a quick set of three hand seals and immediately forming a wheel around myself. It pushed me away from the area through a quick burst of speed, allowing me to dodge the attack, as well as the rain of earth and building remnants in the nick of time. Thanks to the crater created earlier, the wheel launched me high in the air, at an arc that allowed me to travel forward while gaining height. Whilst mid-air, I jump off the wind wheel and clutched onto it, and soon after, launched it towards your area.

Now suspended in air, I knew that it was a vulnerable position to be at. I quickly inhaled, and exhaled soon after to release a torrent of water from my mouth aimed towards you. It is released in excessive quantities with overwhelming speed, the powerful all together created enough force to propel me backwards as I land on the walls of the pillar you've created earlier. Standing horizontally, with my feet planted on the pillar of earth, I spoke, with a hint of haughtiness in my tone, "Surely you must have more to offer..."

Meanwhile, I sneaked into my ninja pouch and marked five kunais with the Seal of the Flying Thunder God.
"You've yet to see my true abilities..."

Futon kaze hoi-ru : wind style: wind wheel
Type: offensive/supp
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short-mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user will make 3 hand seals and form a wheel of wind around themselves. Using this wheel the user can travel towards their enemy and then get out of it throwing it at their enemy or throw it from a distance. The wind wheel is cable of cutting threw A rank earth and while the user is inside the wheel can defend against weapons.
Note: can only be used 2 times per match
Note: can’t use any jutsu while inside the wheel.

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique
Rank: A-Rank
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This is the technique through which Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato apply the sealing formula, that will allow the use of their trademark space time techniques, to any desired object through physical contact and allowing him to teleport to that desired location through the Flying thunder God Technique and the use of its variations. While Minato carries with him multiple kunais marked with the seal (making the core aspect of his fighting style which revolves around the use of FTG Kunais), Tobirama doesn't. To use the Flying Thunder God technique on kunais, Tobirama has to apply the seal to them though through one use of the technique he can mark up to 5 kunais (this is valid only for kunais and other basic weapons, not enemies or other targets of the seal).
Note: Can only be used by Senju Tobirama and Namikaze Minato bios.

I watched as the scene unfolded before me. In spite of my disgust at his attitude towards battle, I couldn't deny that I was enjoying our battle. He repelled my every endeavour coolly - a feat not many have managed to accomplish. I must say, I was impressed. For the first time in a long time, I was truly excited, as the threat of death loomed prominently over me.
This time, my opponent chose a most unique way of escaping. In response to my earthen attack, he seemed to create a spherical barrier around his body, and in so doing, allowed him to propel himself through the air, sallying forth, and thus, avoiding my assault. That wasn't it, however, as moments after, that very sphere of wind was sent towards me, with killing intent.
Tch...What an annoying and versatile ability.
It seemed my initial judgment of him was not far off. This guy was indeed strong, and had quite a few tricks up his sleeves.

I hope you'll be able to remember it, even in death, because I'm about to kill you.

In response to the wind wheel which was racing towards me, I simply generated a wind current underneath me without any gestures whatsoever. This wind current, while mild, is more than capable of lifting me a few meters into the air. The air current, upon emergence, would proceed to carry the airborne me towards the right, in an arc. This ensures that our distance remains constant.
The current moves at a rather fast speed, though not enough to cause me any discomfort or disorientation. It simply allows me to evade your wheel of wind. Furthermore, it would also allow me to avoid your water technique, which would be released shortly after you launch the wind wheel after me. My constant movement(at rather high speeds notwithstanding) would make it rather difficult for you to aim your stream-like attack at me. As a result, it is highly unlikely that it would be able to fully connect with me, and cause substantial damage.

Rank: B
Type: Defense/Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons an upward wind current in order to halt the decent of falling objects or lift objects into the air. The scale, strength, and duration of the current can be customized depending on the task to be performed. Although the current cannot be changed once created, it may be cancelled whenever the user desires. This technique is capable of hovering a giant summoning animal above the ground but cannot lift it very high.
~Can only be used three times per battle.
~Cannot be used for offensive purposes.

Whilst I continue to circle around you and the mass of earthen pillars/debris, I perform two simple hand seals. At this point, you would most definitely be perched upon one of the gigantic pillars I erected. Moments after the hand seals are performed, the entire ground(short-range around you) would turn into a sticky mud-like substance, forming an extremely wide and deep swamp(long-range deep).
Moreover, the pillars that I created, including the one you're standing on, would also be converted into mud. Due to the effects of gravity, it would all cascade down in a wonderful imitation of a mudslide, carrying along with it all the fallen debris and whatnot. You would lose your footing and fall downwards, along with the mudslide, towards the centre of the swamp, where you will be immobilized, and inevitably crushed by the falling mud.

As the swamp assumes its formation, I would sneakily draw an explosive-tagged kunai, and in a fluid motion, throw it towards your location as I point my hand towards you. Of course, this kunai would be extremely hard to notice. Since I continue to move around, courtesy to my wind technique, it is only natural that you'd keep your eye on my moving body. After all, most people would keep their eyes on their opponent. As such, my body serves as a decoy to distract you from the kunai. In addition, given the mudslide, which occurs all around you, it would be extremely hard to notice a small object which is of a similar colour to the mud I created.
Now, this motion of me pointing at you triggers my next technique, which places you within an illusion. After pointing at you, I would then proceed to clench my fists tightly. This action only serves to further captivate you, and grab your attention. As the kunai proceeds towards you, and while the mudslide continues to ravage your body, you suddenly feel a sharp pain in your left chest. This excruciating pain is seemingly unbearable, almost as if your heart has been crushed by an invisible force. Needless to say, this breaks you out of the genjutsu, though it has already served its purpose. With the great pain that you are experiencing, I daresay it would be pretty hard for you to focus, and notice the tagged kunai while responding to the swamp and mudslide I generated.

Never, ever, forget my name, the name of your soon-to-be killer.

Moments after the onset of the pain, the kunai would arrive, somewhere around your location. Given all the cars that were in our vicinity, it seems extremely likely that the earthen pillars would have destroyed some of these cars. This would of course, mean that there would be some fuel leaks. Upon arrival, I would detonate the kunai. The resultant explosion would cause further damage you. Furthermore, I would hazard a guess that some of the flammable liquids would be ignited, resulting in a small amount of flames in the area around you(doesn't hurt you in any way).

Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Type: Supplamentary
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: N/a
Description: The user will point to the users heart area which is the trigger for the genjutsu. Once done, the user will make a hand gesture as if they were squeezing something that was in their hand. As they continue to squeeze their hand the opponent will feel sharp pains in their chest. The more the user squeeze his hands the more the heart of the opponent aches. The air in the user palms represents the heart of their opponent. If the user so please he can indeed crush the air in his palm resulting in the crush of the opponents heart. This will cause pains beyond measure. In the genjutsu his heart would be crush but since it is an illusion he would die just experience massive pains.
Note: Can use a max of 3 times
Note: Cant use this jutsu back to back
Note: If the user crushes the opponent heart, due to the massive pains the genjutsu will automatically be broken

Yeah, sorry for the lame move. Cbb to think or write much right now z_z

"You're a bit too arrogant. I hope, that your eventual defeat, will lead to a change of heart... that is if you survive, heh." I shouted rather shakingly, as I was still mid-air and fast approaching with a forward momentum. Even then, I was able to quickly take note of the sudden gale summoned below my opponent, which lifted him up meters into the air allowing him to evade the wheel wind with ease.
"As if I'd let you get away that easily, kid!" Tilting my head to follow your sluggish movements, I grab with my right hand, a kunai with an explosive tag attached to the end. With the opposite arm, I spontaneously motion it as if I were swinging away flies. The results of such a quick motion was the materialization of a water vortex around you. Instantly, you find yourself submerged in an abruptly-spinning vortex of water, that, despite the upward gale, does not move due to its higher strength and blistering speeds. Simultaneously, I secretly toss a kunai towards your location, with immense strength and speeds. It is naturally lifted up by the upward draft, and as it meets your height, I end the tornado with another hand motion. The explosive tag explodes as it is raised eye-level, resulting in probable pernicious outcomes.
