the voice of all things is the 4th type of haki.
it has not been refereed to as haki. but i think it will be later.
roger had it
luffy has it and think coby has it too
reyleigh tells robin that roger had the voice of all things. and that is why he left the mark on sky island
anime 400 or 401

I kinda feel like if there was a 4th Haki and it was the VOAT then Raleigh being Rogers right hand would have known that it was a 4th Haki and I think he would have said something to Luffy about it.

the only mention rayleigh has is saying roger had the voice of all things. we also know from the fish man island arc luffy has the voice cause he could hear the sea kings. im just saying i think its a type of haki. but because rayleigh explains 3 type to luffy. thinking its a forth type just rarest. or maybe it has to do with D.

Roger "heard" the voice of all things. This is pretty much advanced CoO haki. I don't subscribe to any new haki type theories because there's no reason rayleigh wouldn't teach Luffy it when he taught the other 3.

What you are talking about in regards to Cobi, the girl of Skypia, Enel, the Boa sisters and many other characters for that matter, is simply the regular CoO.

If it was then ever person with with it would hear the voices of others and rayleigh would of mentioned it.

I think that the Boa Sister's have just regular CoO.

But by the way Oda presented them it seems like Coby and Aisa's where more powerful then normal.

I think it has to do with how Rayleigh said certain people tend to be more powerful in one form of Haki over the other.

And I'm interested in Observation Haki because it's kinda the forgotten Haki since we've gotten to the New World.

Maybe because there a degrees in how well someone can use the CoO? Just like with the CoA or any other ability for that matter? Even if you can speak, that doesn't mean you are good enough to become an actor. Even if you can write, that doesn't mean you are good enough to write books. Even if you can run, that doesn't mean you suddenly can run an entire marathon. Rayleigh, Shanks, Pekoms...they could all hit the bodies of Logia users like they were flesh and bones, other characters however could only do it partially. And like with all abilities there will always be people who somehow have gotten a natural talent for it, that however doesn't mean that the ability in itself is somehow different.

In fact Rayleigh even did mention it. He said when he explained Haki to Luffy that people on Skypiea called this Mantra, which is also what that child's ability was called by the Skypieans themselves. Also the doctor who was checking Cobi clearly said that it was Haki. Finally Rayleigh knew exactly when Luffy arrived on Shabaondy despite that there was quite a distance between them.

This is plainly CoO, but like with all abilities some people have a stronger affinity for it than other people, it's that simple.

There is no limit to haki. It's all depends on how much will such an individual have. We would wit our pants just by having a glimps of Shanks' haki. To think Luffy will surpass that. Makes no need to think of such 4th haki that could exist. Haoshuku Haki knocks out fodders mentally, yet nothing explains the damage that happened at Whitebeard ship when Shanks entered. And here we are, two years passed. How far Shanks' went since that damage on Whitebeard ship?

So your saying it's a more advanced form of observation haki? Likely but I don't think it is. People that trained in haki have not shown these feats yet a little girl can use it across a whole island.
