[Discussion] 4th Revolutionary (& Blackbeard)!

Guys this is about manga chapter 801 and the scene where Luffy talks to BB @Dressrosa..


First off, the 4th guy.. I just read this and someone was joking(?) in one of the new threads here but what if that 4th guy with the glasses or belt on his hat next to Ivankov is Vegapunk??

It would make perfect sense, because remember when Dragon needed to tell something (more like everything) about Kuma to Ivankov? What if that would be that Vegapunk has a mission that involves Kuma?

This would bring up 1 big question, and that would be why Ivankov is suprised if he (because he should) knows Vegapunk is part of the army?
The answer is simple, Ivankov was at Impel Down.

Think back when Kuma already did his final oprration to become mindless he made a deal with Vegapunk that he would be programmed to protect the Strawhats' ships! How did he even know by the way lol?

And that would make perfect sense because is there another reason why Kuma would leave Dragon?

Let me know guys what you think, my theory was triggered by the person who I now am gonna search the name of meanwhile when typing.. MickNerks, thanks for your share in this!

However, Vegapunk didn't seem to be a fighter based on what we've seen and heard so far so I don't think he's a top revolutionary. that guy in the last chapter is the nr.1 guy in the Revolutionary Army who outranks Sabo.

It could definitely be linked to doffy's statement in chapter 801 where he states "Who will betray who?!" . And would be a rather intriguing revelation as the world government + marines believe Vegapunk is one of theirs and whole heartedly trust him.

What i was thinking about was (the same panel) that doffy said that they have skilled ppl who'd scare any good man.. and that coming from doffy

What I mean about what? That Vegapunk being a Revolutionary would explain stuff? If he was then he wouldn't be doing stuff for the World Government and giving them an army of Kuma's so there is no point in speculating. Also Sabo is nr.2 in the Revolutionary Army so common sense dictates that there is a nr.1. Oda most likely made Sabo nr.2 so he could be like Ace who was Division 2 commander of WB ship. So I think this guy who is nr.1 will be like the Marco of the Revolutionary Army.

After I saw the mystery member, I immediately thought of Vegapunk. It would make since, and explain why Kuma was so willing to allow his mind to be wiped if he knew vegapunk was a rev. Vegapunk could have made the pacifist with special instructions to turn on the world government when the Revs were ready to make their move.

Number 2 in command means the person in command right after the leader, the commander is Dragon Sabo is 2nd in command. Just like people say Zoro is 2nd in command of the Straw Hats. Use common sense as you put it.

Oda has been trying hard to portray Sabo as a post timeskip Ace. Ace was Second Division Commander. You would think Whitebeard would be number one but Marco had that role. Instead Whitebeard commanded the whole crew. Dragon is the same imo, there is a number 1 in the Revolutionary Army after Sabo but then you also have Dragon who commands the entire revolutionary army. Think of it as the Espada from Bleach. Aizen was stronger than all of them but he was neither a nr.1 or nr.0, he simply commanded the whole group. Luffy had a small crew untill recently so you can't really compare the two. Also it'd be lame if there was no one between Sabo and Dragon in ranks.
