I was just looking through some of the manga, and what the deal? the 4th lose his arm after the fight with Sasuke or what? Did he regenerate it like Piccolo? haha

This has been talked about before, and most agreed that most likely a med ninja put it back on for him. If not he may just be like piccolo and have regenerated that s***.
All I know is it couldn't have been a clone because there was no poof, and lot's of blood.
But yeah most likely a med ninja put it back on.

In the last page of chapter 562, A looks like he has regained his left hand, but in the next chapter it is still missing.

Just a drawing mistake; like when Kabuto was missing his glasses.
