4th Raikage test

I hope kishi has more in store for the second and third hokage. There performance last chapter was sad and I just want to see what they are capable of. At this current moment I would go as far as saying that they are not even kage level. You might be saying, hold on, you went to far this time. The way I see it one is only kage level if they can hold there own for an extended period with other kage. The gold standard I measure all kage by is A the fourth raikage . This does not mean I think A is the best ninja or has the best jutsu. I just think it is obvious why he is hokage. He is super fast and super strong, no one can debate this. He has strength compared to tsunade and speed compared to minato. Now, the way the fourth raikage test works is simple, at full speed A is so fast that sasuke's sharingan can not track him. This means that no ordinary ninja can evade him. This means most ninja would be dead within the first or second attack However every ninja of kage status has the ability to either dodge his attack or block it.gaara Has the ability to block with his sand shield which is apparently very fast(quick enough to block Ama).We can assume the same is true for the other kazekage we know about. Hashirama has sage mode whcih means he could probably dodge(like naruto did when he was fighting the 3rd raikage). Onoki and Muu can fly at high speeds, which means that they could probably evade him or stay out of his traditional attack radius(muu can also disappear). the second Mizukage is made out of a unique body composition most likely allowing him to survive the attack.Tsunade, depending on how fast she can activate her seal, has the ability to heal any wound so she can survive the fist few attacks Minato and the third raikage can handle it for obvious reasons. Others also fit these requirements like sasuke, madara, naruto, nagato etc. However the only kages who's abilities we know who do not pass this test are the 2nd and 3rd hokage and Mei. If they do not pas my test before they are defeated then I can not consider them kage level and I think no one should.

if you can dodge the Raikage than you are on Hokage level... Ok

You are wrong on about 1000 level but let me break it down systematically how wrong you are:

1) Hiruzen in his prime was said to be as strong as Hashirama if not stronger and even at his old age he was still said to be the strongest of the current Kage.[
