Sure, Minato can cover distance faster with hiraishin, however if he was faced against the hybrid shinobi mentioned in the thread coupled with Onooki's justsu, he wouldn't be able to react to it.

It's always important to remember Minato barely an inch away from getting his face smashed in by the Raikage at full speed, if we make any speed boosting additions to that it's GG Minato GG.

Well it sure as hell looked that way. Im perplexed that you're defending 4th Raikage in a battle of speed against Minato. Even with all those jutsus you cant beat instant speed. Minatos facial expression didnt change at all when he saw the Raikage coming at him. He wasnt startled in the least, he was cool calm collected and waited until the last second to teleport. Better than no evidence. Its already been established that Minato > Raikage in speed. Just because that lightening trick worked on Madara doesn't mean it could work on Minato. Lol you can bash my opinion all you want but you aren't bringing up any points that are worth anything.
