4th Raikage Ay faster than Minato

Yeah, yeah, yeah the FTG is instant, but that just means the jutsu is fast. Some might say that Minato is fast without it. That may be true but not faster than Ay. He uses lighting and is near instant and is fast on his own speed. I've always thought this, anyone disagree?

I agree. You're right in a sense. If Minato's foot speed was faster than A's, then he wouldn't have needed to use FTG to get behind him.

Minato throwng Kunai while Ay's punch is at point blank range isn't a Reaction it is just FTG.. right..?

Naw he saying that ay is useing raw speed while minato is useing space time ninjutsu..so ay raw speed is faster than minato's.

They both use a justu to increase their speed, A uses the lightning shroud, while Minato uses FTG, it doesn't matter what kind of jutsu it is, a jutsu is a jutsu regardless of the nature.

Using FTG Minato is faster, the manga proved that, and A admitted himself.

Minato without FTG and A using lightning release, in this case i must say that A is faster in terms of foot speed, but Minato still has the better reflexes and reaction speed, i mean it's only logical that he does, since he is so proficient at using FTG his reaction time is far beyond a regular shynobi, just imagine having to adapt yourself to different surroundings a hundred times in mere seconds.

And finally when neither of them uses any jutsu then Minato is still faster. At least this is how i see it, there is no proof for this and no one can say for sure who takes this one.

Look at how far Minato is from Tobi. Thats fast. If you'll notice, he didn't mark that tree before hand.
