[Discussion] 4th Mizukage

Durring the Kage summit arc Mei Terumi said that the previous Mizukage was being controlled by someone, and Ao confirmed that there was a genjutsu placed him. I believe it was Madara who was controling the Mizukage.

Correct me if I'm wrong or give some insight.

Danzo was confirmed to have such an ability (Shisui's Eye), but it is very possible that Tobi was the one controlling the Mizukage.

Kissami did refer to Tobi as Mizukage afterall.

i think he was being controlled by tobi cuz when he took off his mask n showed his face to kisame, kisame called him mizukage

It certainly seems that Madara was the one controlling the 4th Mizukage, particularly as Kisame referring to him as the Mizukage.

I just wonder what abilities does Madara have that he still hasn't displayed in the manga.
