4th Kazekage on the same tier as Tsunade and Mei?

Hey guys on my tier list:

I have the 4th Kazekage Low-Mid Kage tier and Tsunade and Mei Mid Kage level.

Should I move the 4th Kazekage up mid Kage level or bring down Tsunade and Mei because I have Deidara and Kakuzu in Mid Kage Level along with Mei and Tsunade and I don't think Mei and Tsunade are as strong as them.

Options:
1. Do I move Tsunade and Mei down to low-mid with the 4th Kazekage?
2. Do I move 4th Kazekage up to Mid Kage tier?
3. Do I move 4th Kazekage up to Mid Kage tier and Tsunade and Mei to Low-Mid?

Actually, it never said that. It only mentioned that he was killed by Orochimaru or his people. And in the anime, Orochimaru killed him.

Actually it was only shown in the anime that Kimimaru killed the 4th Kazekage. Actually it was shown that Oro killed him with his Snake Sword and Kimi was just standing by Kabuto

4th kazekage. His gold sand is top tier. It was kinda the only thing that killed him. Kinda like how naruto used the raikages own hand against him. So 4th kazekage>tsunade

If he can make an eye, like Gaara, he can probably do other moves similar to Gaara and the 3rd Kazekage. He should not be underestimated.

All kages are the same tier.

Unless your name is hashirama, or Minato, you're just generally kage level. Every single kage can handle atleast 1 other, while losing to at least one other... except minato and hashirama because they just rip through the entire list. The only people who should be in these low, high, etc. kage levels should be none kage shinobi for the most part.. Like, eg. Kakashi - Low Kage.

Anyway, All kage bar hashirama and minato(assuming i'm not forgetting someone) should just sit in mid kage level. If you can't handle madara or even MS obito on your own, ytf do you deserve to be more?

HOw do you think they even stood a chance against a rampaging beast. They didnt have a hokage who can teleport mass bombs of chakra in a mere instant no they HAD Motha Fuc*** sand ... So the the 4TH kazekage said "damn this one tailed beast getting on my motha fudging nerves" and he used a kekkei genkai to gather GOLD sand. This very sand which is so "FEATLESS" surpressed a great tailed beast. Hmm please tell me more about how the gold sand is featless? :nexus::leaf:
