Maybe Tsunade in a long long distance...
Both Mei and him are long range fighters, but she has edge in close ranges due to boil release, i think Mei wins at any range.
Guy can evade his offenses and take an hight advantage by gates buff and turtle summoning. Asakujaku is performed at high speed and ends this guy.
Kakuzu's fuuton+katon combo would melt gold(logically, Kishi's world may differ) then gets followed by gian. Multiple masks attacking from different angles would make harder for Kazekage and his sand to keep up.
Deidara nukes him.

Right that's what I thought. He probably beats Tsunade, is pretty evenly matched with Mei; however, Mei is more versatile so she pulls the victory in the end, and he loses to Guy, Kakuzu, and Deidara

Like I said, if he can use gold armor e wins. It would protect him from dying to guy's gates. He can then exploit the whiplash to kill guy when he's fatigued.

How can the gold armor protect him from the 5th, 6th or 7th gates? Part1 Lee physically was weaker then war arc Guy, yet he easily destroyed Gaara's sand armor in the 5th gate.

Gaara's armor wasn't destroyed. It was getting destroyed, but gaara never sustained any damage.
+gold is harder than sand. It may not cushion as well but at least it'll keep him from getting physical injury.

A wall of gold + gold armor should be enough to protect from asuka and hiru while 5th gate true hidden lotus shouldn't be that damaging to kill him through gold armor. At best he should survive with heavy injury

Yeah but the 4th Kazekage cannot counter Hirudora. Hirudora is way too powerful for the 4th.

So you guys the 4th Kazekage basically matches Tsunade and Mei, the fight can go either way, but he has very little chance in beating Guy, Kakuzu, and Deidara
