So the edo kages split into teams and fight wach other. Location is the desert where they fought, 4th Kazekage can replicate all of non-jin Gaara's feats with gold dust, and let's restrict Edo regeneration since nobody has sealing jutsus. Intel is manga, Who wins?

Assuming the 4th Kazekage can replicate Gaara's feats, team 1 wins (this will be my answer).
If you want to go strictly by feats, the 4th is not only the weak link, but a sitting duck. In other words team 2 wins.

I gave him Gaara's feats because I knew the match would be too one-sided otherwise.

How so? 4th Kazekage can detect Mu and the 2nd Mizukage's clam with sand sensing like Gaara did, and defeat Joki Boy like Gaara did. Raikage can destroy the clam and he can kill Mu with his speed (4th Kazekage can help him fly)

Even then it doesnt matter since all Muu needs is one jinton to bypass all his defenses,
not to mentino that his sensing enables him to evade his sand attacks rather easily,

Second Mizukage is a bad match-up for the raikage since he would be stuck on the genjutsu throughout the fight and would allow muu to jinton him completely, his oil helps him counter gaaras sand quite well, and gaara was unable to catch joki boy as well
on top of the fact that the raikage has no real way to get to muu, nor does he have a way to locate him, as he would be unable to evade the large AOE of jinton
