Why didn't that hole in him healed up after he became a jin? Yin Kurama should've been able to heal that hole up with no problem.

This was one of the Plot Holes introduced by Kishi but it was done for Naruto's growth. Minato became a Jin but didn't know that Kurama had healing feats or that Minato told Yin Kurama not to heal him as he gave his place to his son.

Minato became a perfect Jin. Instead of splitting and sealing half of it in Naruto, he should've just sealed back into his wife or become a the jin himself.

He did. He took half of Kurama and sealed it with him into the reaper's belly. The reaper has to take the user's
soul along with the target, with the target being Kurama. Minato had pretty much sealed Kurama into his soul,
not into his physical body.

Minato just have sealed in him Kurama, but when he had the hole in his body and there wasnt Kurama (Because he sealed it in Naruto) he died so there was no time heal himself for it. And he wasnt still a perfect Jinchuriki there. He fought Kurama soul in the raper death seal for 17 years to become friends with kurama

It's been awhile since I read the manga but if I recall correctly, Minato died because of the Effects of the reaper seal jutsu. It wouldn't have mattered if he had kurama sealed in him or not. And also, Minato didn't master chakra mode in seconds. I believe Minato himself said he learned to master it while inside of the Reaper.

It doesn't work like that. His target was Kurama. He used the RDS seal to seal Kurama inside of him, because he didn't have enough chakra to do anything else. It's like when Hiruzen used it. He sealed Orochimaru's Soul of the Hands and His soul with it. The reaper takes everything.

Kurama was doing it for two reasons, the greater good, and having become best friends with his son. You forget Kurama is an entity. He can do all of that on his own. He doesn't have to go chakra mode. Kurama shells the chakra out. It's all up to Kurama, who had been experiencing it all inside of Naruto.
