4th Great Ninja War! Last Arc in Naruto!?

I hope not.. The arc will go out with a bang but there is a lot more in Naruto yet explored..

I'd like to see some kind of prequel with Minato like Kakashi Gaiden 2, or Naruto as a Hokage and Konohamaru all grown up.. Especially, expanding on the side characters like Shikamaru, Sai, Kiba etc

This arc defiantly feels like the finishing piece of the Jigsaw puzzle that is Naruto. But yes I would like to see him be the hokage and show us how the rest of the ninja live.

I don't think the war will be the last arc. I think the arc will officially end after the edos are dead and the vast majority of zetsus are gone. I mean kishi has just way too much info to cover in just a few days of time in the manga. He needs at least another year's worth of chapters before he can complete his story (prlly more like 100 chapters). So no, I don't think the war will be the last arc in Naruto.

we really dont know enough about side characters in naruto world.if naruto ends after the war without kishi showing us more from some of side characters ima hang myself...lloll

Yeah, I mean after the arc is over, these additional stories could be made into some type of an arc..

You r right about THIS arc, yeah, Kishi has a lot left to cover.. There is more than 15 Edos around, Zetsu are still all over, Gedo Maze, Bijuus, the Daimyos, Kages, etc..

I guess - Even after the 4th Great Nnja War, a lot of stories are yet to be told by Kishi; For example:
Hashirama vs Madara full battle
Story about SO6P life (10-Tails vs SO6P, creation of all 9 tailed beasts, his sons etc.)
Senju Clan vs Uchiha Clan - Their existence and rivalry
Future of Taile Beasts
Konoha 11 lives
Minato's lifetime story etc......

This might be the end of shippuuden but not naruto. There should be another time skip...maybe team 10 in there 20s or 30s and sasuke now being the main bad boss like tobi,then maybe form a new akasuki with new super villains even better than the former...wow! It'll be Awesome!

there is still a lot to tell. in this current war, at the very least the tobi battles and the madara battle, not to mention zetsu, still have to be concluded. add to that tobi's history, and madara vs hashirama and senju vs uchiha, which will take at least 10 more chapters.

and then there is sasuke, itachi and kabuto, the so6p's history, the tailed beasts future, the villages future, etc etc.

imo that's at least 100 chapters worth. probably the war will end with kabuto and sasuke surviving, tobi and madara being dealt with. iirc madara wasnt planned to be a major villian, and tobi isnt the final one. so we may get a timeskip.

the majority of the zetsus are dead, it was 10 chapters ago that they said half the zetsus were gone, buit half the allied forces were gone too

Every single thing that has happened in the manga has been because of Madara/Tobi. At the very least we need some back story about how Tobi and Madara met, how Madara did all the things he did, when Madara came up with his plan, how Tobi/Madara found/created zetsu, how did Madara/Tobi know exactly when Kushina's seal would be the weakest? How did Madara survive the battle with Hashirama? How did he unlock the Rinnegan? Why did Tobi/Madara help slaughter the Uchiha? Why was Madara controlling the Mizukage?

Even simple one-line questions and answers to all these questions would take more than a chapter to tell.

Nuuu...

There are too many questions to be answered and too many boss villains to be beaten in just one arc.

Plus, this is how Kishi rolls.

He introduced Oro, cut him off by crippling him and then introduced Akatsuki.

He killed off Pein, who was seen as the big boss and then introduced Tobi as the boss villain.

Now, he'll most probably kill off Tobi and introduce Kabutomaru as the next boss.

And this cycle will go on and on and on untill the final boss, Sasuke. :shrug:
