4th Databook stat prediction

I love Sakura's and tsunade but i dont get why they are 4's in hand seals, like they dont even require handseal to use attacks for real.

But the medical ninjutsu does.

Tobirama may have a high stat total, but that doesn't mean he is the best. Orochimaru's 5 in genjutsu is a perfect example, as Itachi has a 5 and destroyed him.
