how do you know that Oro killed 4th Kazekage in 1 shot? + i think it was Kabuto who said that it took 3 of Oro, Kabuto and Kimmimaro to defeat him and his guards, seriously dude, get real, none of the Kages can be called WEAKEST + we have never seen what could most 1st, 2nd Kages do

I want consider him weak because we didn't know of his abilities or Kishi hasn't shown his skill in battle until Shippuden. His reputation was known for his control with the Gold Dust Technique and battling the Ichibi; that was the reason he was selected as Kazekage.

The Five Kage of the great villages are considered strong or skilled in the village they held in.

no he isnt. he knew about edo tensei. and i have reason to believe he was edo's test run before oro fought hiruzen with it.

gaara was simply his bad matchup since gaara was his son and he lost the will to fight after seeing karuras image.
