Videos on YouTube, Movies, TV-Series, Anime (oh God even animes), Live Sports, Games... etc. You won't watch them the same way like before. Even TVs, you would look and ask for 4K. No FHD anymore.

i remember when stuff used to be 640 by 480.

i hate everytime we get higher resolution because then anything in lower resolution becomes unwatchable. in 2 years when 4k is the standard people will hate watching stuff in 1080p.

Well when you get your new camera, also make sure it has a good iso rating.

Good iso+ good resolution= Great camera

Great iso+ great resolution= Incredible amazing camera.

The better the iso, the more accurate the colors are.(basically the more colors your camera can detect.)

better iso, also allows you to take better pictures in lower light.

I personally am not that interested in 4k at the time. I dont mind crappier resolutions that much. And I will also wait for 4k price to drop a lot.
