I want to create an Ice release bio.
It's also my fav element, and most of my CJ ideas are water release-based.

Well, water is an important element in our lives as our body is 70% water. It also needs to be consumed daily to keep living, whether by humans, animals or plants.
Combining water with fire will obviously extinguish the fire, add water to the earth and you create mud. water+ lightning will make the water electrified, and will shock every one who comes in contact. Water will turn cold of it makes a contact with a wind, it might eventually turn into Ice if the wind is very cold.
Chakra is the energy inside our bodies that shinobis mainly use to perform techniques. Chakra can be also channeled through the shinobi's feet so he can walk on water, or channeled through his fingers if he wants to cut something..
As for elemental chakra, it's converting the chakra inside your body into an element, either fire, earth, water, wind or lightning. It is used to perform elemental jutsus.
Water release is one of the basic chakra elements, if can be used to create water waves, current, whips ... it needs a great chakra control to be performed and controlled correctly.

You know what, I coomend your effort bringing up what you can on your own.
Water is liquid with the mixture of Oxygen and Hydrogen. It spreads and thus can assume any shape determined by the container. Water is gentle but can also hurt when forced. Water would drown you as you can't breath in it. Water is dense and carries force too.
-Water would quench fire because it lacks oxygen which fuels fire, so this makes it stronger than fire
-Because of the heat of fire, a mixture of water and fire would cause vapour or steam.
-Water is neutral to wind
-Water is weaker to earth as Earth sucks it in and add it as nutrient. Earth feed off water and is harder than water.
-Water would conduct electricity generated by lightning, so making it a bad defense for lightning.
-Chakra is the combination of your spiritual and physical energy to form a single essense. Without chakra, a Ninja can not perform Ninjutsu, without chakra, a ninja won't be living.
-Elemental chakra are tweaked chakra. Chakra that you manipulate to mimic nature. Like superheating your chakra to give you fire chakra, liquifying your chakra to give you water and so on.
