Sasuke hearing these words from his brother, instinctly makes him activated his 3 Tomoe Sharingan "passively" he draws more into his Uchiha roots, remembering all the difficult times that has passed between him and his brother, with a final flashback of his brother's last appearance, he thought he saw Itachi crying, but how could he be? Sasuke thought, putting away that moment and thinking of only revenge, he was born for revenge, that's the cursed fate of being a Uchiha.

Seeing his brother jumping and releasing a stream of fire heading his way, Sasuke gathers fire chakra into his left forearm, as he performs a slashing motion using his left hand while releasing the fire chakra outwards, forming a wall of flames in front of Sasuke that takes the full damage of Itachi's stream of flames, keeping Sasuke unharmed, while tapping onto a summoning seal located around his right wrist, summoning two large windmill shurikens, throwing them through the wall of fire towards Itachi, these shurikens wrap around the stream that Itachi is releasing and come out of the wall of flames that Sasuke previously created, twisting and turning in the mid air with the intention of hitting Itachi, secretly these two windmill shurikens are connected to Sasuke's wrist summoning seal through a metallic wire.

With a loud screaming sound as Sasuke sees Itachi release a large ball of fire towards Sasuke, he pushes a massive amount of chakra into his 3 Tomoe Sharingan, activating the legendary dōjutsu that only a few Uchihas were able to achieve, the dōjutsu that was said to be the most powerful dōjutsu of all time, as Sasuke pushes chakra into his Sharingan eyes, his 3 Tomoe merge together and his eye pattern completely changes, turning into what looks like 3 interlacing eclipses in his eyes, with a black background instead of the traditional red background of the Sharingan, Sasuke felt stronger than ever, the Mangekyō Sharingan was awakened, and it's power surges through Sasuke's body, and through his veins.

The most noticeable MS users gained it by witnessing the death of someone important to them, sometimes by their own hand. Once activated the appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the tomoe seals, and gains a shape unique to each user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. As his new eyes were awakened from their slumber, Sasuke needed to guard against his brother's technique, since the MS takes only a split second to activated, Sasuke concentrates fire chakra into his right palm, sending out pure fire chakra to collide with Itachi's fireball, the pure fire chakra dissipates Itachi's technique as if it was not there, canceling it out and disappointing as well, leaving a wide open area between Itachi and Sasuke, with nothing obscuring their vision from one another.

Silence fills the atmosphere as Sasuke uses his new eyes, sending shivers down Itachi's spine as Sasuke's technique activates, catching him in eye contact, Sasuke casts a genjutsu onto Itachi's mind, making him believe that he is being sucked into a black hole that devours everything around Itachi, pulling him slowly into it, finishing the genjutsu by Itachi sight being filled with the image of Sasuke's Mangekyō eyes, which slowly shrinks back into Sasuke's eyes as Itachi suffers from the effect of the genjutsu and goes into a deep slumber.

You just disregarded the genjutsu, eye genjutsu is nearly instant, you can't possibly do a summoning before being caught in the technique and you didn't say that you avoided eye contact, i'll continue based on your move though.
Sasuke seeing Itachi using a barrage of handseals, noticing the handseals with his Mangekyō, he then slams his hand onto the ground to release a summoning formula, calling forth some kind of summoning creature, seeing this, Sasuke waits until the summon has been summoned, and without wasting a second later, Sasuke closes his eyes and opens his left eye focusing onto the summoned creature, with him concentrating a large amount of chakra into his left eye and blood tearing down from it, suddenly releasing the unexpected, in an instant, the black flames of Amaterasu materialize onto the summoning, catching him on fire and eating through his face, with a massive amount of pain, the Amaterasu materializes first onto the eyes of the summon, making him unable to see and delivering a massive amount of damage, as the Amaterasu is materialized onto the summoning, the summoning vanishes as soon as it gets hit, although the Amaterasu needs time to eat through his body, the summoning animal cannot endure this much pain, being hit by the flames, the summoning vanishes, leaving the black flames scattered around Itachi with Itachi falling onto the ground, ofcourse this prevents the summoning from using any techniques, and also prevents Itachi, due to the sudden balance loss messing with his plans "any technique you wanna use you have to post in your next move", Sasuke doesn't just ignite black flames onto the summon, but he also materializes a small portion of black flames 4 meters in front of him onto the ground.

This dispiction is somewhat linked to the fact that, because of the damage produced in ones eyes, as the user closes his eyes and prepares to use Amaterasu, tears of blood flow through his face. The black flames lack momentum and impact (being unable to break through strong solid inert defenses) but have a very high parasitic ability, spreading through anything that comes in contact with them and consuming with enormous ease, any type of fire. Though the flames have been stated to be unavoidable (since they are not a projectile but "happen" on focal point), this has been proven as false. While quite hard to avoid, its been proven that ninjas with enhanced speed and reactions (such as Third and Fourth Raikage in Lightning Armor) when facing the user can move out of the focal point before the flames actually ignite. This is related to the somewhat slow ignition and burn of the flames. While they burn for 7 days, can't be doused and are hard to avoid, they spread and burn through the target slowly. Also, its been noticed that Dojutsu users (3 Tomoe Sharingan, Rinnegan, Byakugan) and skilled chakra sensors can see/feel the overflow and increasing chakra pressure in the eye, right before Amaterasu is used, but that in itself is not enough to dodge or block it, as target would need to move faster than the user can focus his eye on it. Another thing that has been shown capable of blocking Amaterasu are "sentient" automated defenses, like Gaara's sand shield. The user undergoes a special state where he becomes covered in a fire aura, like a faint blazing red aura around his body that's resonating as long as the technique is active, this aura doesn't grant the user any defensive capabilities whatsoever, however it allows the user to power up his Fire techniques alone in rank, meaning that any Fire technique that the user uses while this technique is activated will gain an additional rank. Like A-rank fire techniques when used while this technique is active will become S-ranked, the reason for the boost in rank is that the user utilizes double the amount of chakra that the fire techniques requires, so if a technique requires an amount of 40 chakra points, the user performs it with 80 chakra points instead, similar to how Naruto does with the Rasengan by compressing and utilizing more chakra he upgraded it into the Big Ball Rasengan.
