You misunderstand my points. As another person claimed that MQM is a Political Party and is believed to have orchestrated this. I am asking why would a Political Party do this ? They have been elected several times.

I don't know anything about this political party particularly, but remember Nazis were a political party. If you don't think political parties are behind some evil actions then it's time to consider it.

Running a political party is one of the few professions where you can blatantly do acts of evil with little to no consequence. To answer your question of why though, if I dug deeper into this I can find the answer: It's always power.
