Conditions are the same as in the manga except Oro can't get away/push Naruto away - let's say the location is Chuunin exam final stage arena - and there are no other people around. How do you think Oro would fare?

If Orochimaru still have no arms he will eventually lose, if on the other hand he was in perfect fighting condition im pretty sure he could capture or kill Naruto if he so pleased. (but sins this is a rematch, with the same conditions Orochimaru will lose the match)
