People forget that Sasuke trained to react to Naruto's kyuubi cloak form as he said when he fought Bee.

Orochimaru was dying and extremely sick, and he was still playing with Naruto. He was also able to react, even without the Sharingan.

Naruto doesn't even know about the partner method to breaking genjutsu at this point either, nor does he have any control of himself.

Kakashi and gai were easily going up against multiple beasts in this form and were doing fine, yet Sasuke can't?

Kakashi's lighting techniques were able to pierce the beasts, but Sasuke can't?

It was Sasuke who couldn't react properly. He had no idea about the Kyuubi or the abilities that it grants but you clearly see Sasuke reading it as it was appearing.

It's already been made blatantly clear the 3T sees even the smallest muscle tensions, it's up to the user as to whether they can physically react.

And seeing as Orochimaru had no problem playing with it, Sauce definitely won't, especially with the 3T's aid.

I'm not arguing for MS Sasuke or anyone actually. I'm just trying to tell that guy that based on his scan he can't say Sasuke can anticipate it with his eyes.

No, it in no way proves the later. It proves he can react to the speed of a V1 cloak, but it by no means it can react to chakra arms. Chakra arms cannot be predicted by dojutsu.

Don't bother. That example isn't even valid. That's lightning chain, a more powerful variant of lightning blade, which is stronger than chidori. Sasuke cannot be given Kakashi's feats since he has a superior jutsu. It's like saying KCM Naruto can use a small TBB to blow up a mountain like BM Naruto can with a full-sized one.
