Obviously not. He cut through their tails, when he tried to pierce their body he failed to do a thing. Being able to keep up with Naruto is irrelevant and Kirin isn't happening. 2 Bijuu Dama and it's over. 1 for Manda and 1 for Sasuke. 3 if he's lucky. Manda can't survive more than 1, Manda probably won't even survive a single one considering 1 blew through Rashomon. Sasuke's wings cap out at C2, which is far below Naruto's Bijuu Dama, and he's not going to evade it. He can't damage Naruto with anything other than a tech that needs to be set up first while Naruto can fire BD on a whim, the same BD that Sasuke can't block.

Genjutsu is useless unless anyone would be kind enough to prove that Sasuke can suppress 4 tailed worth chakra when his best feat is suppressing KN0.
