[Discussion] 4 sweet commanders, 3 calamities/ Cracker and Ace

Crocodile is weak. He got beat fairly by Alabasta Luffy, and being a Shichibukai doesn't mean you're strong. Just look at Moriah and Buggy. Ace generally isn't underrated. He is the 5th strongest in a Yonko crew, which places him at around Zoro level or at worst Sanji level, and most people seem to think Ace is around Zoro level.

Sure the WG recruits weak pirates with the specific intent of keeping other pirates in check, makes sense.

Are there any feats that suggest Crocodile is strong? He could only beat Alabasta Luffy when Luffy is at a disadvantage, and at MF he was all bark, no bite.

Everything is wrong about that statement given the description and titles those characters all had. They're "weak" in comparison to the end of story characters because that's how these things work out. No 7 swordsmen and child murderer strong enough to shut down a nations chunin testing on his own should be viewed as weak. No Shichibukai should be viewed as weak. No WB Commander, son of the former PK, who was being groomed by WSM to be next PK should be viewed as weak.

First of all the 7 swordsmen as a whole are weak af. Croc is weak though there is no denying that he lost to pre haki pre gear Luffy. Ace feats makes him pretty weak sadly but true.

I don't understand how people can call Big Mom weak when:

1. She is a Yonko (Emperor)
2. She literally steals your soul
3. None of the Supernova's were even able to get past her executives to even catch a glimpse of her.


Big Mom is as strong if not stronger than the admirals, so you have to be trolling when you say that she is weak. Also, I would like to point out that Big Mom is one of the few people in the manga who can actually kill Kaido. Especially if he is immune to physical damage.

So we know that Kaido has 3 calamities
- King
- Queen
- Jack

When Big Mom originally had 4sweet commanders(Cracker, maybe Bobbins and 2 other people)

With Big Mom having one top commander more than Kaido, could it be a hint Kaido's top3 is stronger?

For example Jack has a higher bounty than Cracker by 160millions and it's speculated if he is weaker than King/Queen or not.

On the other side, Big Mom herself is already weaker than Kaido going by his reputation, so with more commanders it could make more sense it's to create some sort of balance if they were to eventually clash, but what do you think

Cracker and Ace

On a related note Cracker possess a scar which deeply looks similar to that of a burning mark, and with his claim of quite a few having seen his real body alongside the yonko usual territory battles, it makes me wonder if it's not Ace who was responsible of this.

He is the only commander presented thus far who could create such a burning mark on Cracker and it could even be good to create some sort of comparison with Luffy who is currently fighting him

Well to be honest I don't think just because you have a 4th commander compared to a crew that has 3 makes you weaker. I get that Jack has 100 million on Cracker but we already know that bounties don't only represent strength. It is a mix of things between strength, how much you rampage, and hype. I mean look at Usoop's bounty haha.

Then we get to the whole Big Mom being weaker then Kaido. Yes she defiantly is weaker then Kaido "physically" but that is true when compared to probably everyone in the verse. We have never seen either of them in combat. Plus their fighting styles and devil fruits haven't been fully displayed. So I cant say as fact that Big Mom is overall weaker.

And I know this might be a reach but Kaido has X Drake with his crew now. So if he isn't one of the 3 calamities I would consider him a close 4th even if he doesn't have the title. So I think Kaido has close to 4 as well.

And please don't tell me Mom has Bege... to me he might be the weakest of the WG in my opinion.

Power creep, crocodile just seems weak in hindsight. Oda made it pretty clear in MF that he's supposed to be affiliated with the top tiers. Unless you think all those clashes he put him in were for the hell of it?

Crocodile dealt nearly fatal wounds to Luffy twice pretty causally, Luffy wasn't on his level at Alabasta. It was a plot driven take down like with Enel.

He lost to pre Haki luffy because Water nullify :sdo:, Enel lost to Luffy because rubber nullify :sdo: otherwise these guys figthting someone else they are pretty OP especially Enel(Oda even gave him the 500 000 000 bounty)
