Think about it... if Susano'o blocked IT then Gaara's sand can! He coulda made a dome of sand like he did in P1 against Sasuke!

Bee has sunglasses which block light.

Shino has sunglasses too.

Kabuto is blind and can't see light.

One of these could be the mysterious man seen in the background of Naruto and Sasuke fighting Kaguya!

No bro we saw Shino and Gaara's fantasy so the sand and sun glass thing doesnt count. Kabuto got caught he was around Tobirama when it happened and we didnt see him follow tobirama to the rest of the hokages. Lastly the figure we saw in the background couldnt of been someone from the alliance or else they would of fell in the lava when Kaguya switched realms

IT light goes through normal things. My guess is anyone that wasn't sealed inside of something (Like a scroll or some shit), or wasn't under Sasuke's susanoo which has the special property of not allowing light to go through are all stuck. Being dead also means you can't be effected. The light of IT travels through objects and hits peoples eyes, it can even travel through the planet.
