I see what you're getting at but I think Obito has not shown all that he can as the Jūbi Jinchūriki.. Naruto with Kyūbi's Chakūra is extremely fast as is Kirābī with Hachibi Chakūra. I would assume that Obito can be just as fast, if not faster. In addition to this, Obito still retains his ability to use Mokuton and potentially utilize the Rinnegan. He has the Sharingan and the Rinnegan and was able to react with Kamui to Gai, Naruto and Kakashi who are easily some of the fastest in the series. Also, I would assume that he could tank whatever anyone can throw at him. But maybe you're right and seeing something I'm not, but for now I respectfully disagree ^_^
