Well, he was Jinchuuriki-born, controls Kurama chakra, and obtained chakra from all the Tailed Beast. Who knows, they fact he was Ashura's reincarnate and possessed the Six Path chakra could also play a part.

That's just a theory, but you do have a point.
Maybe it has to do with Ashura, yes.
But this is only poor speculation, because Ashura's chakra doesn't seem to have any effect on Naruto and is only required to awaken the Rinnegan, as far as I know. :/

In Indra's case, we have at least the "Choku Tomoe" statement, coming from Madara, when he thought about a bigger connection between him and Sasuke, than just the Uchiha-blood.

Yes, Regardless if he lost Bijuu or not. If he was truly "Immortal" then it stands to say he can't be killed which clearly didn't come to light..

DRSM Madara is not immortal, but Holy Madara is. When the Tailed Beasts are extracted his form is decreased meaning that Holy Madara is not the one that died. When people refer to a character by only name, it is usually their strongest/latest form or which ever is currently being discussed, therefore saying Madara (thus Holy Madara) is immortal, is correct.

Common sense yet no one uses it.

Then Why Is Madara Now Dead???

Hannnn

Kaguya is one with immortality, madara was'nt one with immortality, so what granted him immortality was sealed, shinjuu absorbed madara is IMMORTAL, that's why them kids needed the seal to seal the power away, if not he will never die

Doesn't matter.
Kushina, a full-blood Uzumaki could survive a little. Naruto, a half-Uzumaki, on the other hand lost consciousness instantly and would've died right away, without Sakura's help. Yet re-sealing the Bijuu saved him, while Kushina said she would've died anyway, even if Kurama was sealed back inside her. She wanted to take Kurama with her to death, in order to give Minato and Konoha some time, before the Bijuu reincarnates.

Don't you see the error here?

It's because he had Ashura in him heck many wonder why in his fight against gaara he suddenly got a boost of chakra because he had Ashura

Well, no one could imagine that Kishimoto would choose such a lame way to get rid of Madara and end his manga.
Not even Madara himself.

But when he said he was immortal.. he was, actually. With the tree, the Bijuu and the Gedo Mazo within him, he was immortal. But it is an absolute rule that a Jinchuuriki dies, as soon as the Bijuu is removed (and the Gedo Mazo, in case of a Juubi-Jinchuuriki). An absolute rule. A rule that Naruto broke. Hmmmm.

in what way?
