SM Jiraiya + Orochimaru with Edo Tensei is too much for the kage, Ohnoki will be the biggest problem.

I agree, edo would be overkill. Edo tensei is not needed to handle the kages. Orochimaru can tank most damage, he knows a lot of jutsu. So far we've never seen him get serious. Kages would lose, onooki is the biggest issue but gaara's defense is not to be underestimated.
