Current Sasuke for all scenarios. Current Sasuke can counter everything EMS Sasuke has.

Scenario 1: Rinne Sasuke can go PS and get close to one of them and teleport his sword in their head, he can possibly do this two more times, so that's 3 down already. He PS slashes the other one.

Scenario 2(con't from Scenario 1): He PS clashes with the other ones keeping them at bay with lite PS slashes(although PS slashes would possible destroy them) until his rinnegan charges back up and them he repeats Paragraph 2

I doubt EMS Sasuke can break current Sasuke's PS, maybe with a combined effort in Scenario 2, but I highly doubt it.

The cooldown doesn't matter.. He was still able to go on for CHAPTERS (around an estimates few minutes) before he cooled down.
