Point 2: I don't recall when Sasuke defeated him 3 times, even the 2nd time wasn't that clear for me, while the first time sure. Naruto aimed for the headband and Sasuke for his chest. Sasuke defeated him that time fore sure. And as for the goals, Naruto in a way or another with this war achieved that goal. The 5 kage stopped the fighting, the shinobi are close to one another then ever before, the akatsuki has been destroyed, BZ is finally sealed ect....So this was was pretty much the stamp of approving peace. While Sasuke wants to kill those kage, and force the people to make peace though the new "System" he will "Create". And let us be fully honest, no matter what powers Sasuke currently has Naruto is light-years further. This battle only become hard because of the promise Naruto made to Itachi and Sakura.

Technically, Sasuke is also trying to help people by creating a new system.
You have to suffer when you want something big to happen, in this case, the gokages run this filthy shinobi system, so they have to pay for their sin now.

Naruto defeated Sasuke using shadow clones and tied him in the early part.......would have won the battle at the rooftop if not interfered by Kakashi, would have won that clash after Danzo's death, could have won Vote battle, but was nerfed.
