Considering all of the abilities Sarada has now and will have (confirmed by her stats) combined with all the abilities up too 3 Tomoes afford you. Wouldn't that version of her bypass any Kunoichi we've seen in the manga thus far?

Depends on what techniques and abilities she would have. CES and Sharingan at a 3T level w/o strength, speed, and versatility isn't going to make her top female by itself

Yup and against Madara, who got Ay in genjutsu so it was definitely possible.

It's my personal opinion but kunoichi or not in general advanced shinobi can normally test the sharingan as we've seen a few times. I think she needs more than what we've seen and 3T to get this reputation.

Which she will recieve, I just don't know what they are so for right now it has to be a no for me.

Then still no from what we know now. Second rate CES, Sharingan, Katon and Raiton isn't enough for me to put her above Byakugo Sakura or Tsunade, or Mei or even The Last Hinata.
