Obito doesn't need FTW, Jukai Kotan, or wood dragon to deal with 3T itachi. Wood spikes can be just as deadly in CQC. And obito's katon makes itachi's look like a small fry. In the end obito is just the best of both worlds, sharingan with wood style. Itachi stands no chance.

3 tomoe means Obito can't use Kamui to make his Katon Jutsu's bigger. That means no Juubi sized Katon.
That would be tough fight but wood spikes can end Itachi.

Barrier followed by a large scale mokutopn, which Itachi can't dodge since he is trapped. Itachi does have Susanoo though. Idk, really, with Susanoo it will be a close fight, but Obito will still be the victor. He can keep trying to restrain Suanoo with Mokuton, until Itachi is out of chakra.
