Yes it does. Outside of Kamui, it's fact that Obito needs to touch someone in order to warp them into kamui, but in the scene you mentioned Obito didn't even touch Sakura either indicating things are clearly different inside Kamui. So post a scan of Obito using Kamui with 3T outside of Kamui .

We've pretty much seen how much of a fodder Obito is without Kamui. Kakashi in CQC was equal to Itachi, who was equal to KCM Naruto. Itachi takes this easily.​

Itachi was able to track hundreds of Shuriken being thrown at him and effectively deflect them without making a mistake, Mokuton spikes are a joke. If Obito decides to be a douche and just fill the area with them, Itachi can lay on his back and activate ribcage which those spikes aren't penetrating. As for the GM, Obito would need the Rinnegan to summon it, which is definitely restricted in this fight.

I think that Itachi would feel the rumbling beneath the earth, and besides that, Obito was also inside of Guruguru which definitely enhanced his Mokuton.
Also, I'm skeptical to how durable the Uchiha Kaenjin is. Is there anything suggesting that a V4 with Yata can't break through it?

Amaterasu/Suiton deals with Uchiha Kaenjin. The formation is made out flames.

Doesn't matter if he was inside Guruguru...If he uses, It would kill him. He feels Rubbling and can't do a thing since he's trapped. Ribacage can't be used here.
