Alive Madara can literally turn himself into fire as stated by Hashirama. U_U Let Sakura and Tsunade attack him, he turns into fire and attacks from a blind spot with massive Katon.. Katsuyu is roasted or controlled.. Tendo avoided the three boss toads attacks with foot speed. So you tell me that fat slug will be a treat when Madara runs circles around her with his speed? Maybe he even controls her with Genjutsu.. Or he makes himself a target to parry her acid with his fan, as he can do with Tsunade's and Sakura's punch.. The fan has the force to cut through massive trees of the god tree.. any of them who is hit by the fan is done.

OT: I see team 2 winning. MEi on her own has feats to show she can single handedly counter madara's katons. with tsunade's help, she'd block the attack and wash madara out to sea in 1 go, while Hidden mist helps counter the sharigan.
Tsunade's destructive capabilities are enough in this fight to take on a 3T madara in CQC. Sure, he's faster, better at taijutsu and blah blah, but tsunade's pseudo-immortal. In fact, Mei can simply toss up a boil release around tsunade and madara -- mild enough that tsunade doesn't get GG'd through byakugo, but harsh enough that madara's taking damage -- to aid tsunade. The sustained pain would be enough to slow down madara's movements.

Sakura can like... sacrifice herself for like... idk. Sakura does something.
