Kyuubi restricted or not ? With it he obviously stomps but without it, it is really hard to tell. But Madara should win assuming he'll have his Gunbai and Scythe. When he was ET, he was able to use 25 wood clones and even use Susano'o with them. He knows KB, he has great amount of chakra. He wins this med-high diff.

Onoki needs to touch Madara to weigh him down but Madara is faster than Sasuke who evaded Ay who is faster than Onoki. Madara manhandles him in CQC if Onoki tries to weigh him down. Katon disrupts jinton prep time. If Onoki flies too far away for Madara to do anything with his katon, Madara easily evades it.
Madara wins mid diff. Jinton is a joke against the scale and speed of Madara's katon, and he can manhandle Onoki in CQC with his speed, reactions, taijutsu, kenjutsu, and Haijingakure.

Onoki does not have to engage Madara in CQC to weight him down. He can invoke the move through his Golems or he can form Doton arms to act as extensions to his body. [

Onoki used Doton as an extension of himself to protect A. He didn't leave his original spot where he was fighting his 5 Madara. He formed a Doton arm underneath A, (mind you hes not even close to As location, only Tsunade is) then when the Doton Fist clutched A, he invoked the weight through the hand and stunned them, and brought A through the earth to his location.
