Kakashi dodges every puppet and everything in Sasori's arsenal with pure speed, Sharingan precognition enhanced top notch reflexes and great versatility with bushinjutsu skills that fooled Itachi and Pain, fast Doton underground travelling and a lot of other tricks. Basically once Kakashi destroys Hiruko with Raikiri he could tag Sasori too foreseeing him with Sharingan precognition. Anyway if Sasori pulls out the 3rd Kazekage puppet Kakashi feints him and pops up from behind blitzing with a Raikiri, or with a similar attack pattern. Sasori's heart with all his chakra is seen thanks to Sharingan vision and he is quickly killed.
