3T Kakashi underrated!

Indeed 3T Kakashi is underated as hell, he's above the 3 you listed.Nice to see people who read the manga with attention.In almost all his fights Kakashi had to babysitting others which make the situation harder than anyone else.

Kakashi was going to defeat Deva and Ashura untill Choji's clan wasted everything.In part 1 He lost to MS Itachi because he was a new vilain in the serie just like (Deva path) because there is no chance for him to win only with 3T sharingan vs MS Itachi.Then in part 2, 3T Kakashi's clone outsmarted and owned 3T Itachi's clone.

against Zabuza -> babysitting team 7 + Tazuna
against Itachi -> babysitting Kurenai and Asuma even thought he'd still lost to MS Itachi in part 1.
against Kabuto -> babysitting Sasuke
against Deidara -> babysitting team Gai and Naruto
against Kakuzu & Hidan -> babysitting team 10
against Pein -> babysitting the whole Akimichi clan

To be honnest Kakashi had always the hardest fight in the series because he always had somoene to babysitting.

Well I believe current 3t Kakashi beats 3t Sasuke, 3t Itachi, and Tsunade but he loses to deva path and most likely hebi sasuke (with med-high-difficulty IMO). I'm curious as to how FRS Naruto beats Kakashi though

That's because of his continuous self-complaining over his Stamina...

In actuality, Kakashi w/o Kamui is still a serious threat to many in top-10s...

I don't know why people says kakashi lost to zabuza in his first fight :3, He had to protect his students man! It's not easy to babysit genin level shinobi!! In the second fight he got serious (the baby fought with haku), he kicked zabuza's ass. No diff!

And part 1 kakashi vs part 1 itachi, itachi's winning because he had MS, if he didn't open his MS it would be even(he babysit kurenai LMAO).
