Awful thread. 3T is only limited by the user. I'm sure Madara and Adult Sasuke can track V2 Ay with just 3T (Adult Sasuke could probably do it with no Sharingan.).

There is no limit to what the Sharingan can track. It all depends upon the experience of the user. An Uchiha who only uses his Sharingan on Christmas eve won't beat one that uses it four hours a day.
