I just want to state that I think Raiton Armor is an Amazing ability before I start ripping into some of you Fanboys out there.
Now with that said if I see one more post about how the 3rd Raikage is possibly the strongest Kage because you can't hurt him I will claw my eyes out.
Lets analyze the 3rd Raikage's Raiton armor in full detail then we can break down the 3rd's weaknesses, because yes he has weaknesses just like every ninja in the manga. The raiton armor is a high defense technique that requires a constant stream of chakra to maintain. The armor becomes a barrier and increases the users speed as well. That being said it can be used as both offensive and defensive making it a very appealing high level ability.
Basically this means that the 3rd Raikage's main strengths are his physical attack, his speed, his physical defense and his stamina. His stamina is high because it takes an a ton of chakra to maintain raiton armor for a long period of time.
The keys to beating the 3rd Raikage are simple. If you can beat him in every category he has you have a chance at beating him. That being said we haven't seen anyone with a defensive ability that rivals being able to shut down a Wind Release Rasen Shuriken, so with that being said trying to out defense him would be very difficult.
Weakness number 1 would be genjutsu. Truly skilled ninja can cancel out a lot of genjutsu with enough intelligence to determine what they are being fooled with. So if Raikage can see through the genjutsu he has a chance to beat you still. A high level genjutsu user such as an Uchiha of Itachi,Madara, Sasake, or Tobi's level could easily dispatch the 3rd Raikage using genjutsu to their advantage. Amaterasu should it hit would not be stopped by the raiton armor either. So an Uchiha would make for a difficult fight for the 3rd Raikage.
Weakness number 2 would be any technique or ability that can drain chakra. Samehada would be very effective against the 3rd because just getting close to the 3rd would drain his armor and reduce both his physical defense and speed by consuming the chakra he draws on to maintain his armor. A character with the ability of shino and his bugs would be effective draining the raikages armor. Not saying shino could beat the 3rd raikage, but an ability similar to his or him working in combination with someone else could certainly make the 3rd's Raiton Armor a nonfactor.
Weakness number 3
Someone with the speed of the 4th Hokage Minato could just dodge his opponent long enough for the 3rd's chakra to run out. Essentially if you can avoid the 3rd's attacks for long enough eventually his chakra will fall below the limit for him to be able to maintain his armor effectively. In succession with this anyone with equal speed to him and more stamina could essentially out last his armor. For instance if the 4th Raikage could avoid the 3rd for a long enough period of time he could possibly outlast him on stamina alone. Naruto would probably be able to out last his stamina will maintaining enough speed to avoid him in this way.
Weakness number 4, and this is the last one I promise. A high level wind technique on the level of Wind Release Rasen Shuriken has been shown to cancel the Raikage's ability to maintain his armor. It is clear that when Naruto's shuriken hits the Raikage he stops glowing showing that his armor was canceled out. So in conclusion to shurikens in a row or a shuriken followed by any physical justsu could manage to damage the Raikage. That being said had Naruto tossed two WR Ransen Shuriken in a row at him Raikage would have be laying on the ground in pieces waiting for edo to put him back together like all the rest.
In conclusion the 3rd Raikage is truly a formidable opponent, but there are ways to harm even him. Non physical attacks are the most obvious, but even every technique has it weakness and every opponent can find the one person than can easily counter their techniques.
