I believe 3rd raikage is the strongest of all characters in naruto manga. Imagine a tailed beast(8 tails) couldn't harm him on his own, he hurt himself by mistake. Only if he was more intelligent he would be the bestest.

Other ninjas said that his body was like steel and he was fast as well. if anyone was struck by his ninjustu, he/she would not survive it.

People i really think naruto should get a special powerup( like super saiyan or somethig) what do you think let me know below.

Well u have already said why he is not the strongest BUT let me help u to see the light....
The 8 tails could not hurt him because he was fast & had a steel like body,so in that case that was what made him stay alive NOT that he was strongU_U

2.He has a steel like body BUT i hope u also know that steel can be broken & cut with a more powerful justu this has being proven by the 3rd Raikage himself.U_U

3.he is fast yes But compared to shisuni, 4th Raikage,Minato,Naruto, he is slow

4. They are people who who survive if they got hit by his justu like itachi,sasuke,Naruto sage,Km Naruto,BM Naruto,4tails Naruto,4th Raikage,Orochimaro,Sage Jiraya,Hashimara,Tsunda,Madara,Gaara,all these Ninja can get hit & still be alive


5 And yes Naruto is going to get a power up But my friend it can't be compared to a SS sorry

I wouldn't be so quick to jump to that conclusion.

I remember when people thought the 4th raikage was stronger then Tsunade when it turns out Tsunade is much stronger then the 4th raikage.

In terms of strength Tsunade has the best strength feats.


She man handled Manda with ease.

Also you still have Guy with the gates....
KCM V2 naruto..
and quite possibly rock lee with the gates...

I thought he was referring to physical strength..There's no way in heck he's the strongest character in the manga...

The lightning flicker techniques are overrated...

It's a powerful jutsu..but it doesn't make you the juggernaut..

The Third Raikage was pretty powerful but he's not portrayed as being particularly smart or discerning.

He's a throw away character for me.
Course 90% of the characters from the other villages that have been introduced in the last 150 chapters are throw away worthless characters.
