personally idk will the 3rd blitz troll before he can cast the genjutsu also does electricity work against the troll's oil/water body as oil negates lighting

does troll have enough chakra and stamina to keep the genjutsu up while joki boying the 3rd to outlast him or actually defeat him

senario: distance 65 meters
trollkage is about to cast his jutsu and 3rd is about to go super sayian

both are fresh and no knowledge

location: field gaara vs kimimaru

Senario 2:
same as above only location is changed
and knowledge
3rd knows about mizukage genjutsu and infinite explosion joki boy
trollkage knows that the scar on his chest is his weakness and about his black lighting. the third also gets a scroll to summon the pot and tools from sage of six paths
location goes to mizukage favor in the hidden mist

as for black lighting it(which im placing higher level of destructive feats then duari and better piercing then kakashi rakari)

Oil is an excellent insulator. It's used inside the big, high-voltage transformers you see at electric power substations to suppress electric arcing.
we donot know how much oil the trollkage has in his body but what we do know is that one hes not a normal hoziki and two his oil/water based body had enough oil in it so seep inside gaara's sand an break up the compounds/make it clumpy wheras water from mei (who is shown to be a stronger water ninjutsu user) had no affect on gaara's sand whats so ever...



oil has the power to suppress lighting to the 3rds degree idk but the 3rd has to find him and the clam as well as deal with jokiboy...

so do u think the third takes it ? what diff and how ?

Third Raikage wins both scenarios

--intel or not, Mizukage has no way of harming the raikage at all, no matter how much of an advantage the clam genjutsu gives him,

--the clam is still a summoning meaning that it still has a limited time frame, where the raikage shrugs off his attacks and waits for the genjutsu to be finished,

--once the genjutsu is finished, raikage lands his nukite and eradicates mizukage completley especially when his raiton affinity counters the mizukages hydrification hard,

--joki boy is non factor, its not even scratching the raikage nor is it faster than the raikage, as all it does is leave the mizukage vulnerable and wide open to allow raikage to wreck him with hell stab

Raikage outlasts the clam summon, dodges or tanks Joki Boy explosions while he looks for the real Mizukage, then nails him with nukit which counters his his water body with raiton affinity. Raikage wins this

I will go with the other users the 3rd mid diff from 65m noway at that distance is the 2nd getting blitzed but the third can tank joki boy and outlast the 2nd's genjutsu because let's be honest a rasenganshuriken is way stronger the an explosion from joki boy and even if he can't tank the explosions he sure can dodge them

-Joki boi explosions are the mizukages strongest move, but they get tanked, and leave him vulnerable.
-The raikage can't see through the clam genjutsu, but the mizukage can't hurt him. Subsequently, he outlasts the clam summoning, and destroys him with nukite.
