3rd Raikage Vs Pein.

The 3rd Raikage is definately stronger, since naruto can only defeat the 3rd raikage in nine tails chakra mode, but can easily defeat the pein without the nine tails chakra mode

Naruto did not easily defeat Pain, whatsoever.

kishi said minato was the strongest ninja dead and said 2 ninja alive were stroger then minato(nagato and madara) im using this logic hes not as fast as kyubi mode naruto he would get captured and killed

As far as I recall reading, Kishi did state that Minato was the strongest of pervious and his generation all tho he did say there were people who have surpassed him, but he never mentioned any names. If you can provide source on were he said Pein/Nagato and Tobi are stronger than care to share?

Pein/Nagato was either around Minato's age or older and Tobi we all know. I'm not saying Tobi or Nagato aren't stronger but if I'm not mistaken Kishi didn't give names of people who are better than Minato.

Even then we can assume Kishi is trying to say Naruto Resengan has surpassed the 4th and his speed i getting there. Itachi and Shikamaru Intelligent has either passed that of the 4th or near his lvl.

That's just your assumption. Tobi and Pein/Nagato do have a high possibility on beating Minato but also they can lose.
