Ohoho! This is a pretty good fight! Muu can completely erase his existence, but Raikage can last virtually forever. I'm giving this to the Raikage, Jinton takes too long to prepare and leaves an opening for the Raikage's Black Lightning.
EDIT: Actually I'm switching to Muu. I forgot he could fly 'n_n'

Hm I'm going with Muu >.> his style of fighting is harsh but it probably isn't as effective against a guy with invisibility + sensory + flight. The main problem when fighting him is getting past his defense and speed. His defense isn't a problem for Jinton, so speed is the only real thing. The fact that he's invisible could probably make him work something out (not to mention that he probably has 3 different elements).

Muu fairly low difficulty, I'd feel bad even saying mid. The third is ridiculously strong but only a sensor or someone with dojutsu has a chance against Muu. His invisibility technique is simply too OP. All he'd have to do is make himself invisible and use his largest dust release technique, it may be possible for him to one-hit an unprepared 3rd. The 3rd would stand a much better chance if just release caused normal damage instead of just breaking everything down to molecular dust.


EDIT: I didn't even mention flight because at that point it's just over overwhelmingly unfair, the 3rd is one of the strongest in the series but this is without a doubt his worst match up.

That's the fourth who may be faster than the third (we only heard that the 3rd's jutsu, defence, and strength were superior - speed wasn't mentioned so we'll have to wait to see it in the anime for that) and in this panel he's not jumping too high, he punched Naruto and sent him flying back and is in the air due to that. Also if he misses the hit he may be disintegrated before he even hits the ground again.

EDIT: Also they're barely above the ground, you can see it fairly clearly. Just figured I'd mention it.

True about the speed but Naruto did say that the 3rd was super fast. And look at the panel to the upper left, look at the clouds. That shows how high they are

They are pretty high, but that doesn't matter. The Third Raikage is nowhere near as fast as A, and we have never seen him jump any higher than normal, so we cannot say he can just jump up into the air where Muu is... nor would I possibly believe that the jumping Raikage has more mobility than the flying Tsuchikage in the air, all this besides the fact that Muu can just fly higher, basically as high as he wants.

With that out of the way, it is extremely doubtful the Raikage can get anywhere near Muu, while the Tsuchikage has the perfect solution to his opponent's seemingly inpenetrable armor-- jinton. That's not even considering the jinton beam, which he probably passed on to Oonoki and so knows it himself. Muu wins mid dif imo.

Muu wins with low-mid difficulty, Jinton destroys Sandaime Raikage. In fact, it's even comprised of part Fuuton nature which is perfect for destroying Raikage's raiton armor. Plus he's purely a physical fighter, he has virtually no way to get to Muu in mid air..let alone find him when he goes invisible.
