Muu has to become visible to use his Jinton. If they're in an open area he 3rd could spot him and evade or couterattack.
However, if there're places for Muu to hide he can sense the 3rd and charge his Jinton safely from a distance w/o him knowing.

How does the guy know when Muu is behind him? He has no sensing feats and when he's flying he won't be able to listen to his footsteps.

Muu goes invisible, flies behind him and snipes him with Jinton.

plus 3rd raikage can't hit what he can't see

Muu wins more times than not. Invisibility plays a huge role in this battle which allows Muu plan a sneak attack.

Third Raikage for me. I don't see him ever getting hit, dust release start up is so slow that Naruto was able to miss Mu, jump off a sand cloud and extend his arm and still hit Mu with a planetary rasengan while airborne even though Mu prepared his jutsu first -_-. Also note that Naruto had no control of his speed while soaring through the air.

Mu can't fly forever, Raikage can evade as much as he needs to or just constantly keep running/moving and he can fight for days. Mu will have to come down eventually, he can't maintain flight and spam pointless jinton longer than Raikage can last on his chakra.

I agree that Raikage wins but I disagree about Jinton. If that hits it will turn him to dust. At the very least the only things that would be left of Raikages superhuman body would be his bones, which I doubt since Ohnoki in his old age took out several Susanoo's alone with it.

Did you forget that 3rd Raikage was able to get transferred by the Clouds Heavenly Transfer Technique that transferred matter at the speed of light. He did it as a basic means of travel, it did not even effect him, he seemed rather bored just look....

And we saw Temari's combine action wind attack slice the third raikages skin when he was in base mode. Jinton is 100x more powerful than that. You're honestly being ridiculous if you don't think jinton won't vaporise him.
